Frustrating people in the bank.
I walked into the bank to deposit my wife check of 100,000 $ and the cashier didn’t tell me that my wife receives the call for verification. As she didn’t lift the call, they have returned it without trying for next time. This is very bad. Either they should wait for the call back or send email or some other way to communicate and get response.
Now I lost the check. The reason I walked into the bank is to avoid these kind of issue. Such a worst experience.
We don’t have enough checks at home. As my wife can’t walk in, now they can’t give any checks on her name to me and they are not free of cost.

Worst bank. Too much fraud with the accounts at chase. I had too many unrecognized transactions but the bank says I authorized the transactions and closed the investigation. Our money is not safe with Chase.

The worst service here, they discriminate you and are racist. I went with my appointment and before attending to me, they asked me what documents I had. I brought the ones they had told me when I applied and they said that there were no missing documents as if I were illiterate.

If there was a way to give negative stars, I would. The employees here are very negative, unprofessional, and rude. The wait is herendous and they told me to sit down ans wait, for half an hour to get nowhere. No one paid attention to me and I had to seek help. I want to know if this is the way chase wants to do business with customers who needs in person support, after nothing their online team can do? Just horrible way to treat people. ?

Very bad experience I don't advice no one to visit this branch , we waited for half an hour there were no customers and the employees were doing nothing just sitting and chatting instead of helping and at the end they let us leave in this bad weather

All the workers here deal with dirty racism and treat friendships. If you are a friend of theirs, you will be treated well. If you are not a friend, you will be fired.

Today out of all days you are close . And I'm not surprised. What kind of bank holiday is it today for nobody to be at chase on a mid week business day. I know y'all are too big to fail but guess what. If Rome failed twice y'all have no room for error. Because we the people already bailed the bank out already. And now y'all can't keep up with services even after closing and consolidating branches. Unreal but believable.

"Extremely disappointed with the lack of respect and customer service at Chase Bank by gentleman named Louis. Despite being a loyal customer of Chase for 20 years, I was turned away for a business account simply because I arrived five minutes past my appointment time. No consideration for loyalty or understanding of the situation. This experience reflects poorly on the bank's values and priorities. Disheartened and considering taking my business elsewhere.

The service of this bank is terrible, as a Chase bank customer I had to go somewhere else to have a document notarized because they tell me that I have to be a citizen for this procedure. It is a horror, there is a reason why it has so many bad comments, check the staff who operates in this bank, please, they are there to provide service, not to mistreat customers.
