I came here to use Chase ATM in the lobby. Easy to find. I was in and out pretty quick. Plenty of parking.

I had no issues at this Chase Bank on outskirts of the Medical Center. I was here to use the ATM. No human interaction. It had standard ATM located in the atrium between 2 doors. That means no drive up or walk up at all. Park and walk in. The is a standalone bank in the lot, not shared with anyone. Plenty of parking. It's accessible to major streets.

I’ve been visited this branch more than 5 years and I am always welcomed by everyone here. Works were done so fast and accurate. Recently, Cindy helped me a lot for making a credit card. Hope this help for your visit.Thanks.

The relationship manager, last name Ventura is a racist. I’m a black man and as soon as I walked in, she had an attitude. She clearly didn’t want to, nor know how to help me apply for a business credit card. After trying for 15 minutes, she goes and helps someone else for 10 minutes, only to come back and have no clue what she’s doing.Horrible customer service.

It's far from the largest Chase branches in the vicinity, and one of several in a 1-2 mile radius but they've done a good job helping with my accounts / banking needs. While she has since moved onto another branch, Sky W was instrumental for me in remaining a loyal customer to the brand. Even though there are only 1-2 bankers here at any given time, the place doesn't get a ton of traffic, is clean, and has plenty of parking. There are multiple ATMs despite not drive-thru option. The only ones that can distribute custom bills are on the inside of the branch. The bank manager, Rosie, has been particularly excellent. Her and her staff will go out of their way to keep me updated and have been professional and courteous with every visit. Chase is far from a perfect institution, but I'm happier to deal with smaller branches like this when the staff is doing their best to accommodate. At the end of the day, the service is what matters the most.

I came in to get a paper notarized and although there were approximately five employees in the bank, I’ve sat here now for 15 mins on my lunch break waiting for someone to help me.Absolutely poor customer service and I would not recommend this location. They said I had to wait because they ‘run off appointments’, absolutely just sad.

This bank branch is not crowded at all. I was the first in line when I came at 9am and was told that people usually come in after 11am. Rosie Andrade attended to me and she is very helpful and friendly. My experience with Chase has always been very good.

I open an account with Chase on 12/19/2021 because I was looking for a good bank that was local to have my payroll go into. I thought Chase was a good bank until today. I got a notification when I went into the app to look and see if my direct deposit came through. They told me to call for more information. When I called I was told to go into the branch and to show my ID and SS card for verification. I was wondering why because when I open the account online they verify me then. So I was okay i will go on my lunch and get it done. I came into this branch and spoke to the banker about what I was told and she said yeah that will happen when they are looking into the account but she did not have to do nothing but call them. She called told them i was there and that is what i thought was it but NO!! they close the account for no reason. So I ask for my money out of the account she said the Lead teller can override it so I can get it out. She went to Nallely L Perez and she was very rude and was very discriminated through me. She spoke to me like I was d*** or stupid. Then she went back to the banker an talk to her while I waited. After all that waiting she told me she was not going to do it. I told her I have to finish my Christmas shopping and pay my rent she said she don't care. But it was a white lady in there doing the same thing and she gave her the money out of her account with no problem. Don't go to that branch if you are Black they only are supported of the white people. This branch is the worst ever.

Don't go to this location if you are black. I was discriminated against cashing my check. They said it was a "Fatal message error" and that it was able to cash just the system wasn't "allowing them". When the bank teller just told me it was able to cash. Google fatal message error with chase and nothing comes up. NOTHING BUT LIES AND DECEIT. I'd give this place 0/5 very bad business.
