The personal is very nice and fast. No waiting time at all. They help you with anything you may need. If you need to talk with a agent make sure to sing in the book located at the waitting room to save your spot.

As EXPECTED THIS BANKS REVIEWS ARE ALREADY BAD AS IT IS...IM NOT SURPRISED, SO I GO TO THIS BRANCH AND AS I WAIT IN THE WAITING AREA WITH MY 3 YEAR OLD AND M.I.L THE "SECURITY" IS THERE SITTING I GUESS NEEDING SOMETHING TO DO AS IM ON MY PHONE WATCHING A VIDEO. MIND YOU THERES PLENTY PEOPLE IN THE BANK ALREADY MAKING CONSTANT COVERSATION AN IN AND OUT DOOR SLAMMING SHE WAS WORRIED ABOUT MY PHONE SO SHE TELLS ME TO TURN MY PHONE DOWN!!! LIKE WHAT EXACTLY IS HER JOB DESCRIPTION I DONT THINK IT HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH MY PHONE. THATS 1. NOW AFTER 15MIN. MICHELLE ESCOBAR APPROACHES US FOR OUR TURN, MY DAUGHTER SITS WITH ME AN UNFORTUNATELY GRABS MICHELLE'S FROG FIGURE FROM HER DESK. AN TELLS ME TO TELL MY DAUGHTER TO PLACE IT BACK!!! IF YOU DONT WANT NOONE TOUCHING YOUR STUFF ESPECIALLY KNOWING CLIENTS BRING THERE KIDS WHY PLACE IT ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE. I WAS SO DONE WITH THIS BRANCH. ME AN MY DAUGHTER WALKED OUT. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AN NOT KID FRIENDLY!!!

Withdrew $20 from your rive thru ATM and nothing came out. I'm sure the person that was behind me took it. Thank goodness the money was credited back to my account. That ATM shouldn't be so far from the bank. It makes no sense that the drive thru ATM was removed:(

Horrible staff. Ask the young lady what kind of paperwork I need because family members wants me on the account. She responded out loud they don't have you on there account. She was very rude and trying to make it seem if I was scam . My family member was so sick in the hospital couldn't make it to pay there bills so they want me to take over and add me on to there accounts. I was so upset with this banker lady. Now days you don't know what a customer is going through it could be you.

Oh noooooo, what a terrible branch, I don't know if all Chase Banks are like this, very bad service in the drive up, I have to wait almost 30 minutes plus the line I have to stand in. ATMs are always damaged or unusable. Apparently they are very incompetent, they need to do their job well.

I was quite surprised it took 15 minutes to get cash through the drive through. I literally turned my car off. Very disappointing.Recently, my mother and I had to take care of some business here. The wait wasn't long at all. We didn't get all the info we needed, but everything was eventually resolved.

This has to be the worst Chase Bank branch. The tellers are incompetent literally . I was shortened of my money and lied to about it .

The younger curly hair lady was very kind in answering our questions for baking help however when she told us to go to the female banker on the right side next to the window we asked what we needed to open an account would be acceptable she assumed we would use a foreign id and passport and later discriminated us by letting us know that they don't accept expired ones also. We are us residents and have drivers license and us resident card. She is clearly biased and needs a refresher on how to be a good banker. Clearly ruining chase image. She could have just said bring two forms of ID and a deposit amount etc. Will not be opening account with that chase anymore!
