Since when do you have to have an account linked to the business that you want to notarize a document for? I've been a customer banking with Chase for the past 14 years and never have I had this issue notarizing many other documents for other businesses. Total BS.

I went in to get a document notarized. They said they didn’t have the “right kind of notary” and that I needed a “public notary” that Chase banks do not have (not even other branches). They referred me to an establishment in the same complex that does notarize for a fee. I was able to get my document notarized at a different Chase branch without a problem. Very fishy

This bank is NOT good. Their security guard is literally sleeping on the job. That just tells you what kind of bank this is. There's literally only ONE teller, despite the line being out of the door. How come you got so many kiosks and ONE teller? There was another person behind the glass, but they were just casually just typing away or clicking on things and not minding all the clients waiting for a teller. SMH. Ngl, I use this Chase because its close by, but I always check my surroundings because I know the security is up to no good Lol. Either sleeping or on his phone. Oh he's also very out of shape.

This branch is one of the worst in houston.Their goal is to kick you out if you don't have an appointment. Doesn't matter if its new customer, old customer, or customer is trying to get an appointment and app refusing to give an appointment at that location. No staff, no professionalism.This is close to my gym, and 5 on 5 times , never really supported or service offered. Lol ?Next time I'm just hoping to go and ask questions to know if they can handle customers at all.

Francisco was FANTASTIC!! He absolutely went the extra mile to help me get back a lost cashiers check that I did not have a receipt for. He was so professional and kind. He even skipped his lunch break to help get my issue resolved. I would definitely recommend him for all of your banking needs!

Always either broke or not allowed to do anything. The last 5 times only once the machine was able to give cash but couldn't deposit anything
