Terrible customer service. We had an appointment with a Jose Cerrato and he was extremely rude. He kept speaking over us and cutting us off in mid-sentence as if he was in a hurry for something else. He showed no care in helping us. If you don’t want to deal with folks like this, you’d be better off taking your business at a different location.

Horrible customer service experience!!! I came to open a small business account and I was informed it takes an hour to set it up. She has an appointment at 4pm so she wouldn't be able to help me. It was 2:58pm but she can help me book an appointment for another day and time. NO THANK YOU!!

They never answer the phone. Past six months always my issue. Never is always someone available to answer the phone or at lease return a call. Hire someone just to answer the phone.

20 minutes ago I was in that bank wanting to solve a check and the person who attended me simply told me that there was nothing I could do that I had to write a new check did not give me a solution. They have poor service, people don't want to work because I went to another bank and they could help me???
