This one star isn't just for the location specifically, but it's for chase as a company in general. If I could give zero stars I would gladly do so. I have been a chase customer for more than a handful of years. I used to love this bank and never had any problems. However, the past couple of years I have had nothing but issues with the company. I have gone to spend my own money and I have been flagged for fraud even when I wasn't spending over my limit. Each time this would happen my card would get automatically canceled by the bank almost immediately before I am able to take any action to inform them that I am the one making the purchase. Then I'd have to wait the maximum number of days to recieve a new card in the mail. The one time I experienced actual fraud, they did nothing for me. $1,000 was stolen from my account and this transaction happened in a completely different state. Turned out that someone used Google pay to get my information. I was told they couldn't prove that it was fraud and that no new devices were detected. I'll repeat. Someone used Google pay to take $1,000 out of my account from a completely different state, and they didn't see that as suspicious or fraudulent? Recently I recieved a letter explaining that all of my accounts will be closed because of suspicious or fraudulent activity, this included my credit cards. There has been no suspicious activity at all whatsoever on my account. I have never missed a payment on my credit cards either. I work for a living and get paid weekly by a legitimate company. So what suspicious activity happened for all of my accounts to get closed? I have no clue, but I won't be returning. Choose a less commercialized bank people. These big guys don't care about the kind of service they provide.

Tim is a horrible human being he didn’t want to help me with open a bank account he’s so rude I do not understand how chase have these employees he told me if I’m not usa citizen I can’t have bank account with chase .. sincerely I only have my green card

I have called over and over and over again (over 20 times, over multiple weeks), and they refuse to answer their phone. They even answered and hung up right away multiple times. It is evident they are intentionally not answering their phone. I need to speak with someone at this branch for a matter at this branch.
I even scheduled a "meeting" online for someone to call me, and they didn't.
This branch sets a new low for customer service.
ANSWER YOUR PHONE! It's not that hard.

Should be negative stars. Called the number listed for WEEKS (over twenty times) no one will answer the phone. Set up an appt for someone from the branch to call back- no call from that branch, but from another branch- whihc is useless. When someone does answer- they hang up on you (this happened TWICE). Intentionally not answering the phone. Refusing to talk to us. Never ever ever ever ever use chase or this branch.

Banker Christiana Mafotian dealt with my business in a very warm and friendly manner. She proceeded step by step, explaining to me all the details of the procedure I wanted to have done. She put me at ease with her explanations. She is a banker who is really helpful, caring and does her job very well. I would recommend Chase to anyone. Don't understand why this branch gets such bad ratings. I personally super satisfied. Had issue with my bank account and it was taken care of right away. came in today with an external account linking question and it was answered in 5 mins and worked. So far, best service Chase bank in the area.

This Lady turned my entire view around , I have such a difficult time banking here before that I did close my account but for personal reasons I had to re-open here and she was able to help me with everything I was able to set an actual goal I had money going through other people she helped me fix my issue with Zelle she made everything easier and honestly she contributed to me being able to deal with everything better when it came down to my money I am a parent of two autistic children nonverbal and she just understood me completely without making me feel uncomfortable I feel like I’m in control now and I feel secure and I do feel like I can trust this bank because of her thank you so much for your help
