I came in at 4:30pm on a Wednesday. There was no wait, and I needed more information on money orders/temporary checks/etc. Willie was the banker who helped me today - he was very knowledgeable and very clearly explained the options I was looking for. Extremely pleasant experience, look forward to visiting the branch again.

Long lines during lunch and only 1 Teller on duty inside the bank

I was there for 20 minutes, and the branch is empty, I was waiting on a notary to sign a paper, spoke to 2 of the bankers and no one bothered to say "give me a minute and I'll be with you"

there's one teller and one personal banker and a line of people. this location is three times the size of my 3000 square feet house. WHY. what the hell is the point when you don't even want to employ anyone to help your customers!

Chase has too many branches. While the employees are great, the place is like a crypt.

They have this huge beautiful bank but no bankers to service you. Kinda like walmart having all those registers and only 3 cashiers. Smh.... plus its my 3rd time coming back for an issue that was supposed to be resolved weeks ago.

A banks focus is providing great customer service so it's a convenient experience and to be knowledgable money managers. I have had a great experience with all the staff while handling my business and personal accounts at this location. However, a banker named Yolanda has to be the rudest, laziest, and scorned woman I've had ever dealt with at a bank. Apparently, I inconvenience her when I go to the bank and she refuses to assist my business by simply providing a copy of the checks I deposit. So now I have to go home to make a copy of the checks before I go to the bank. All the other staff are cheerful and ready to help with such a simple request. Neither Bank of America or Wells Fargo have ever been anything but compliant and agreeable but here every step is like pulling teeth. I've never felt so uncomfortable walking into a bank

I usually bank via mobile app or ATM but try to avoid Greenway branch because ATM check deposit feature works 1 time out of 10 visits... (Sometime cash deposit spits back out too) Gave 3 stars just for annoyance factor. It's been like this for years now. For such a busy location maybe should replace with new machines. Fortunately, after waiting 5 minutes for machine to spit wrinkle checks back at me, I can just pull into Business lane and let the always awesome Chase rep make deposit for me. Still annoying when should be so simple. FYI, Dome branch on feeder a block away always works. Avoided today because of construction AGAIN on feeder. Love mobile app! Still, have to visit bank to deposit business cash though.

This was terrible. I'm writing this as I'm waiting for my banker to come back. I have so far been waiting around mostly for close to an hour and all I needed to do was open up a savings account and deposit some money. First, I waited about fifteen minutes till a banker was free and now I'm sitting here while he went to the back with my ID so I can't even leave. Just go to another Chase branch.

Excellent service. I went in to get a cashier's check and make a deposit. There was only one other person in front of me being serviced, yet one of the agents who was not immediately busy stepped out and took care of my needs. We got to chatting, reviewed my account details and she verified with me that everything was working nicely for me with regards to the account services. Naturally she made an upsell suggestion but when I turned down the offer, there was no hard-sell approach; she just wanted to ensure I was aware of the latest option which might have suited my needs. I have been impressed with this same level of service at all Chase locations when I go in to manage my account in person.

I don't know about you but sometimes, I think there are too many banks. For instance, when Chase gobbled up my beloved WaMu, it now has 3 branches within 30 seconds from each other. This Greenway branch sits one block from the "Gold Dome" WaMu along the Southwest Freeway at Buffalo Speedway. And, the Gold Dome branch is catty-corner from another standalone Chase branch.* So, how does one differentiate between outposts of the larger Chase Galactic Empire? I'd rate them on 2 things: service and speed. And, this branch has a stereotypical big bank lobby floor plan with several young bankers in suits, which is a good thing. Combine handsome men, nice clothing, and access to cash for a winning recipe. Okay, make that 3 things that I'd rate them on: service, speed, and attractive bankers. The double drive-through ATMs are nice, too. Six of the last 7 times that I've stopped in, the bankers were at their desks and the two tellers were on duty with no line. Only once have I had to wait about 1 minute to get processed by the friendly tellers. Compared to the Gold Dome branch, this is a breeze. I like the tellers there but the fact that it sits right on the freeway feeder road means more foot traffic and more waiting in line. So, I'd give this branch high marks for fast speed, friendly service, and a nice array of banker eye candy. * I cannot rate the standalone Chase branch since I've never set foot in there. I'm not made of money, you know.

My loan officer is amazing. He was helpful from start to finish, and I really appreciated the way he explained even the most minuscule silly detail with me so that I felt comfortable with putting myself in that much debt. I don't wanna just put his name out there, but if you need a recommendation, I will send you to him right away.
