All the people who work at this bank are very friendly.
Above all, I personally spoke with Caren Sandoval and opened my bank account.
He explains everything very well and is very patient and knows how to listen to the client.

the worst chase location i've been to in houston. the ATM is always broken, employees move with no urgency, never enough staff at front. they always have the 2nd drive through lane closed at all hours of operation and the 1st drive through lane is a guaranteed long wait. do better

No cash in the atm. ATM will say that it dispensed cash but will not dispense cash. Go somewhere else

So much time wasted here! Trying to open an account but they have a computer glitch they couldn't fix. We made an appointment but no one came to check on you or get you on time. Go somewhere else.

1 of the 2 external ATMs removed, the other one isn’t operational and only one drive up lane open. Unacceptable. Especially for a location right off the freeway.

Bad experience, terrible customer service only because I arrived at 5:40 p.m to change coins, I asked because it was a little late but they said yes but I had to wait in line, which was not a problem but when it was my turn, They returned me again to attend to me last. There was no problem until they counted my packaged coins, they gave me back more than $50 dollars because supposedly the banker Osiel, some packages had more and some less. He treated me poorly and the security guard only murmured that it was because I was late. I will not return to that location again.

ATM isnt even on here, at least others you can press some buttons and still get nothing out of it. Thank you for saving my time.
