I have been happy with this bank since before the name changed from bank one to Chase and long before bank one, I just don't remember the other previous name with them, I financed my house and refinanced years later, have a change, my children were with wellsfargo and they They made a good move since they were minors when they opened the account, thank God, they already resolved that on their own and reestablished their credit and now they are with another bank because where they bought their house they imposed a bank on them to finance

Not only do they not answer the phones, but they send it to voicemail. I understand business picks up certain times during the day but sending a CUSTOMER to voicemail multiple times is unacceptable.

Just opened an account online then deposited money while waiting for my direct deposit. Took over a week for that to show up. Now I deposited a check in person and its taking awhile to clear. I’m definitely not impressed and will be switching banks asap.

My partner and I got fed up with USAA so we re-established our account here at this Chase Bank. We were greeted as soon as we entered and only waited for about 10 minutes to talk to a banker. Eduardo Hernandez was very professional in assisting us with what we needed to do. He addressed all of our questions and made us feel at home. I am happy that we found this location and now have a really great banker to assist us with all of our needs and goals. Thank you Eduardo and all the other staff members at this location!

I saw a bunch of bad reviews for this branch . I went in this morning and everyone was kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this branch. 5 stars for sure
