This was not recent as it took me some time to have courage to write this review as I’m still waiting in the hospital for my dad to recover from his cancer treatment. He has had his whole life savings in chase since 1999. I cannot comprehend why on earth Kim, the manager , would think it is okay to treat Hispanics as if we were some animals. I understand you cannot speak Spanish that well but DO NOT ever mock the way we speak. I was so in shock I just walked out. I don’t like confrontation at all. I am just glad my mom calmed me down in the car as I sobbed. I hope higher management realizes that managers should treat their clients with respect even if they’re having a bad day. I understand retail can be hard, but no one deserves that treatment. I will be escalating this to someone when I have the chance.

The manager was the worst-case. The difference between the service at the Westheimer location and this was mind-blowing.This branch ruined my account back 15 years ago when I was deployed. Now, it still continues. I needed a simple fix on a letter, but it took over an hour. The wait was mostly sitting. There is no sign in sheet or anything, and people kept cutting.Nguyen was told that I needed help, and the poor staffer was scared off by this person. She has everyone so scared that they are running around and not being productive.Worst management and customer service repeatedly at this location. It is where I have to go for a special service otherwise I would never go here.

I have never had a problem at this location. Even though it's on memorial the location is kind of in a sketchy part of it. The ATM outside was removed for a while but it is back in the drive thru.

Always great service and friendly staff. As for the outside ATM, it's been removed due to so many break ins. The last machine was totally removed by burglars.

I had the worst service ever, at this chase bank, by this guy named Robert Rodriguez he was unfriendly and not nice I don’t wanna see another guy like this at other banks. ??
