The customer service here is outstanding! The reviews for this location do not do it justice. Jonah Oliver is very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! If the people there were running the bank, they would get five stars. Unfortunately, clowns and imbeciles in NYC constantly find ways to annoy you and make Chase as welcome as termites in a balsa wood factory.
