Beautiful architecture and I love the mid-century modern decor inside. The views are breathtaking ? If you are a visitor, you'll need to check in with security to verify your meeting. There's a set of elevators that take you to the sky deck where there is another lounge area and then a other set of elevators to reach the top.

This is a nice place to visit but the Sky Lobby is now closed to the public. There is tunnel access for the public and you can also sit at the tables outside. It's hard to make a delivery here.

My boyfriend and I were taking pictures of me on the stairs and the guard told us to leave and that it was private property. We were admiring the art in the courtyard from a distance. The other people Taking photos were not asked to leave. He hovered around us as we walked away on the side walk. This was around 8pm.

I had a quick Google on which bldgs downtown Houston had an observation deck. JP Morgan Chase said 60th floor could be use to see city. After parking and went inside I asked front desk security and after looking at me like i was crazy I was told it's been closed for 2 years (covid) related I'm sure. And no plans for reopening shouldn't your site reflect closure. Noone could hold it against you. Covid happened. Only will hold against you for not saying.

Looking for a quick city wide view, then chase tower is the perfect spot on the 60th floor. Security in the building is top class.

The property likes to play dance remixes of hits from the late 2000s. Coldplay, Gavin James, Katy Perry (etc.), but remixed. It’s like the fever-dream music you hear bellowing from Forever 21. Anyway, if you try to eat here during your lunch hour, disabuse yourself of the idea that it will be peaceful. They have a speaker in every plant box. You can’t escape it.

Years ago We filmed ? "BEHIND THE MASK" on topthe roof of this building when I was a professionalSTUNTMAN! A MASKED CRIMEFIGHTER Series! I Survived nearly going Off the Roof on the Final Take while doing a Fight scene in the 1st Episode!! I didn't know it at the time, but this is the Tallest building in the State of Texas!! 77 stories tall !!It even has a Helicopter pad on top, alot of communication antennas, and I'm glad I didn't make aHuge ? mess on the street down below!! But it isA Very unique piece of Architecture, and StronglyBuilt structure! It'll Always be a Rite of passage forMe as both a STUNTMAN and SURVIVOR!! AndI have Thrown the Highest Karate Kicks in the Stateof Texas on This Building's Rooftop!! This buildingIs a unique Historically built Marvel, Its quite a viewOn top, and If You ever stand up there, Stay Safe!!???

Some good BBQ food and a starbucks underneath building, but the observation deck was unfortunately closed without notice, so not much to see from high above.
