Bad service, the workers hide information so as not to offer you the benefits as a new client, even if the client is aware of the offers, they lie to your face saying that they don't know, it's disrespectful, I felt truly mistreated, I made an appointment for two things, one for a check card and for the credit card and to my face they tell me that I have to make an appointment again because they have more clients, they almost vote for the clients

This Chase is the worst. They have two drive thru lanes both labeled as ATM, when in reality there is only one machine. It’s been like this for at least the last 6 months now. If you need cash outside their banking hours be prepared to wait in a long line as their walk up ATM is typically not in working order to dispense cash either. They basically only have one working ATM.

This location clearly does not care about its customers' convenience nor security/safety- with the example being the ATM drive-thru. This is a busy area and it made sense to construct a 2 lane drive-thru with 2 ATM machines. Why then, would you remove one of the machines during what appears to be an upgrade process? More like a downgrade in reality- the ONE machine is no faster than what 2 machines were processing and the time waiting is now longer than what it once was.Now that the inconvenience part is covered, lets talk about security/safety. During the supposed "upgrade" process, the old machines were taken out and a new ONE was installed. Observing the new vs the old ATM, it appears that the new ATM is positioned so that the keypad, money dispensor and screen are more visible to prying eyes. In this day and age- if it is that visible to the casual observer, what is to prevent your transactions from being monitored with say, a smart phone/ camera with exceptional zoom and recording capabilities? This is not secure and certainly not safe if someone can observe your transactions! How about some security sheilds on that new ATM Chase?!Sincerely,A concerned customer

Part time ATM's don't waste your time here. This ATM half of the time don't work. Transaction denied is their comun language and if you call the 1800 # they won't know why you got declined which adds to a waste of time. I have used the ATMs at woodlands etc. None of this b.s happens... so I refer to this places as "the poor banks area"

The walk up ATM outside of the bank is out service when I have tried to use it & the ones in the drive thru are always busy. Bankers are always too busy to help. So, if you need to get cash out during non business hours or if you just need customer service such as opening an account don't waste your time coming to this location.

No drive thru, Only ATM outside. Inside you will find one teller helping a line of folks (6 to be exact) while every other employee is in their office surfing the net or pretending their hardest to appear busy. Avoid this Chase.

These 5 stars are NOT for Chase Bank as a whole but for the very specific service and care taken by one employee, Lauren.Chase Bank has been like a very frustrating spouse who promises but rarely follows through with immediate and precise action. The past 5 yrs as a customer has been traumatic to say the least. I had actually visited 3 Chase Bank locations that DAY in hopes of finally meeting a Chase Rep. who would actually follow through and then my luck changed and Lauren said, "May I help you?" And help me she did. With papers in hand I explained my issue and within 5 days it was resolved. An issue I had been dealing with for weeks and weeks without so much as a return call. She kept me updated, called back and asked questions to make sure the details were correct. I hadn't experienced this kind of Customer service from Chase since the late 90's. It felt great to actually be listened to appreciated and served. Great job Lauren.

Tried making a deposit and after putting cash in machine started acting up. Called number shown on screen and I was helped by Arvin. He made my claim transaction smooth.

ATM has higher fee and greater limitation on how much you can withdraw than competitors.
