Atmosphere is to good here, loved the place, banking is all same as other location. Ambience is good and worth visiting once if you are in that area.

Beautiful building. However, they are not equipped to handle more than two or three customers at a time. I've been going to this one for years, and I'm always put on hold. "It'll just be a few minutes" with one person ahead of me. Very frustrating. Go elsewhere. This location is for show, and not actual customer service.

They never answer the phone . They hold my money for no reason I show them my passport and driving license & social security and still asking for more information. Very disappointed know I can’t get my own money. ???

Baucho Ton assisted me and my partner in opening a checking account...after 4 attempts and 3 different banks she made the process easier and even stayed after closing time just to make sure we were all good.

One of my favorite chase banks!Location: downtown Travis st or main if entering from other side Staff: friendlyParking: paid meter street Love walking in here because of how beautiful the building is. It's also convenient because of the availability for money from other countries.

I just was in the bank and I was standing in line and it was two ladies behind the desk. One was helping a customer and the other one was just on the computer. I noticed when I came up the lady who had a customer greeted me but the other lady who didn’t have a customer didn’t. I waited and still no greeting! Well when two other white people came in the line she then said how can I help you. It was a complete turn off. I got out of the line then came back and tried to ask who the manager was but she ran to the back. The other lady told me her name was Cammy. This is very unprofessional! I will be speaking someone above her to provide her with some coaching since she is the manager. So annoyed but I will make sure this complaint is heard.
