Great experience having Aaron and Joe make a home service call to get two of my clocks in tip top shape. I can tell the difference in the movement and chimes. Very professional and knowledgeable, well worth the expense and time. Highly recommend!

I received superb in-home service on my antique grandfather clock (circa 1760). I am very impressed with the excellent work.
It’s been two weeks since the Chappell Jordan team serviced the clock. When I bought the clock from a third party, it was not running at all. This clock is now unbelievably accurate—it has neither lost nor gained time in two weeks. This thing is almost 265 years old! This means that the servicing and clock leveling work was superb. The technician's tutorial on winding and clock care was clear and concise (I'm a first time grandfather clock owner). The pride in the company's work shows. These people know what they are doing.

Chappell Jordan Gallery is simply the best! They stored and serviced the larged Charles Sliegh Grandfather Clock while home restoration was performed. Whether making arrangements with Theresa or pick-up, service and delivery by Aaron and helper, you will not meet a more friendly, competent and caring staff. I was so impressed, I entrusted them with the diagnosis and service of my antique Gustav-Becker antique wall clock! You will no encounter a better service team!

I had Chappell Jordan come out to my home to repair a Grandfather clock that had stopped chiming and striking. I have never had better service than what was provided by the clock maker Aaron and Joe. While Aaron was cleaning then oiling all the cams, sprockets and levers, after removal from the case, Joewas cleaning the case inside and out. The clock has never been cleaner and it now runs and looks like new. If you need a mantel clock, wall clock or Grandfather clock serviced you will not be disappointed, in fact you will wonder why all service can't bedone this way.

My mother needed to have her clock stored during a move. Bernie came to pick up, store and delivered the clock to her new home after the move was complete. It is a delight to experience the passion that Bernie has for what he does. Both Bernie and Joe were patient, kind, knowledgeable and meticulous. We were so happy to have the clock back and we love it more than ever. My advice is if you want to invest in an elegant time piece and you want to be sure it will be well cared for, just go see Bernie.

THE BEST! From assessment and pick up, to repair and delivery. We could tell the owner worked his way up in the business and treats his team well by the way they all interacted with us. And our broken/inoperative grandfather clock was repaired and restored a month ahead of the estimated timeframe. We actually met the owner who was filling in on the two team pick up, then got to meet the repairer who filled in on the two team drop off. Every person in the process was AWESOME and we trust them completely. I am glad they were recommended to us for our clock. They are our clock family now!

We are so glad that this company was purchased by a store worker from original Westheimer store when the original guys retired as they have been our saviors. Floor grandfather clock purchased from original store had some issues few years ago which service called placed, they came out and back to new. Mind you we are from Richmond Tx. Now our battery operated wall Howard Miller quit. Trip in to their new store location and one month later its working like a charm. Everyone from front desk to all the workers were very nice. New store has steps leading up to this location and very kind to assist us up and in and then loading our clock. We very much appreciate all and thank you.

It's rare in our current times to find a business dedicated to professional customer service. I inherited a 100+ year old mantle clock from my grandmother. It had not worked in years and too many unqualified individuals had made a mess of it. In Alaska we have no clock repairmen. Luckily I found CJ and shipped the clock down for review. They were quick to respond with an estimate and timeline. The repair was done far before the estimate and planned to ship it back before Christmas but I wanted to hand carry it home. Upon arrival at the business they spent a long time with me to ensure I knew everything about maintaining the time piece and the clock's history. They also showed me the workshop where they wore gloves to ensure the brass pieces were not potentially damaged by skin oil contact. Their process was meticulous and their passion was obvious. Recently I thought I may have damaged the clock due to my error however they spent a long time on the phone with me to correct the mistake and the clock once again works perfectly. I would strongly recommend this business for your repair.

I would give Bernie Maya and Cain 10 stars if I could. They came out yesterday morning and worked on my Fancher grandfather clock and my Linden mantle clock and they are working perfectly for the first time in years! They were so knowledgeable and patient to make certain that everything was working properly. I HIGHLY recommend them!

The most professional staff I have encountered in a business.My house is alive with beautiful sound can enjoy the entire day and for the rest of my life. I have two little girls and plan on passing them down for generations to come thank you this gift is timeless and will be my (nugget) I leave behind.
