In our modern society one would think that a paying customer would be able to use the store's restroom while shopping and spending one's hard earned cash but this is NOT the case at Champs in Sharpstown. While shopping I asked to use the restroom and I was told NO by an employee and the manager. This is clearly NOT customer friendly. So shoppers Beware!! Finally, I SINCERELY hope this wasn't a racially based policy or decision.

Location moved from the mall to a small building in front of Burlington. Address is 7584 Bellaire Plaza, Suite 100. Didn’t see any signs inside the old location indicating it moved.
