Omg the employees are always super helpful and not on just this visit everytime you come in they’re ready to help. Today i went in because i didn’t know how to lace my Adidias Ortholite after washing them. Aileen gladly and quickly laced both pairs back for me and even let me record her doing it so i can know for future reference! Awesome store plus they always have deals.

I was in this store and the manager Laly was a person with a bad attitude, a person like that should not be working in a place that has to interact with people. When you go to Champs try to avoid shopping with Laly, she is the most idiotic person I have ever dealt with.

Please cary more clothing from Gymshark. Especially the men's, the selection was terrible.

Placed and order at this store and never received it , had me waiting , finally called customer service and they told me the order had been cancelled since they didnt actually have it in stock even tho it said it did when i made the purchase , and never recived and email to inform me that the order was cancelled

Everyone that had a Champs shirt on was very helpful. The store was very crowded but someone was available to help me and my child. I like how they have someone come to you to check you out instead of standing in line, nice touch.
