Champion Collision gets no stars from me. I made the mistake of taking one of their tow trucks when my car was flooded and leaving with them to try to fix. Not only where they not capable of working on my late model Audi, they sent my car to my Audi dealer to fix a steering column issue and lied about being my room mate and made no mention of my car being flooded. After 3 months I got my car back and it broke down 2 days later. Then it was a lengthy back and forth for 10 months of laying blame when basically Champion did not have the computer software to fix my car but wanted the insurance money. I had to have 2 engines replaced and even now 4 months later there are more parts missing. Assad the owner refused to answer my calls and texts until I threatened legal action. This company is a greedy illegal scam and I intend to sue them and report them to Better Business Bureau and Consumer Reports on television media.
