I found their online store while searching for a specific part for my QX80. Even better when I realized they were literally right off 90 when heading to the medical center from Sugar Land.
Their online prices are not only less when compared to other local Nissan or Infiniti dealerships, but they get your orders processed immediately. I’ve made numerous purchases now through their website and the longest I’ve waited for a special part order was only 2 days. If you’re local and don’t mind picking up your order, highly recommended to order your parts from their website/business.

One star because you can't give them a zero. Worst car buying experience ever. There is shady and then Central Nissan right below. Go in to buy a car listed at $21,000. I was given $5,000 on my trade and was putting another $2000 down cash. With out discussing any term of the loan with us they proceeded to try and hit our credit with the most they could steal hoping we wouldn't notice. The finance guy finally tells us, we are financing $30,000. So the $21,000 vehicle with $7000 down, trade in and cash, and I still have $30k in loans? I really hope dealerships that use these predatory practices to try and take advantage of older couples are not just put out of business but prosecuted. I pity any company that feels this is the proper way to do business. I think a call to the Texas licensing board and attorney general are forth coming. Avoid at all cost.

After an initial hectic visit I was contacted by the sales group to try regaining business. Met with general manager and customer loyalty department . After that they worked to regain my business and apologized for my experience . Since I really liked the vehicle I decided to give them another shot . I came out with a good deal I feel and happy with my new ride . Good comeback Nissan team and look forward to keeping a good service and possible other purchases relationship in the future.

Buyer beware. Misleading price on internet. The price on a certified Titan was $32,600. This price was found on Nissan's Certified preowned web page; and matched Central's price online. Living 600 miles away, I sent multiple pictures of my trade in. They texted back an offer for my trade which would have resulted in a deal for me and a sale for them. When asked about the trade difference and total drive out, the salesman called and said with dealer add-ons, the price of the Titan was really $37,100. Of course, this squelched the deal. When asked why the price on the internet was $32,600 and not $37,100, the answer: "All dealerships do this." I look forward in the next couple of weeks to sending a picture of a certified preowned Titan from a dealership that does not post false prices online.

So, the store is infested with roaches like crawling around the vending machines and in the offices. We got the truck home and find out the tires were thrown on for looks without being balanced, had to get the u joints replaced because of the loud clicking noises, the windshield wipers were put on without taking the plastic off the edges so they just scratch the windshield. Then the wheel cap was glued on and flew off 3 miles after we drove out. The air conditioner at the main building is broken and it's super hot in there. They bandaid the vehicles to look good then stuff falls apart when you sign the dotted line.

If i could post 1 star i would, i could not recommend this dealership any less! I have been scammed and lied to, the car fax showed no accident and the guy who helped us told us it was not in an accident and after under a month and a half of using it they have tried to charge me %40 on a oil change alone! After i took it to my trusted mechanic he told me the vehicle was involved in an accident they had forgotten to clean up the paint compound! I got charged as if i was driving a brand new truck! I specifically told them i wanted a 5 year contract (12 times, yes i counted) and they didn't disclose the fact that they changed it to 7 years until i had signed the papers, that is $20,000 over what i should be paying scammers! Horrible horrible experience! DO NOT COME HERE!! I created this account just so i can do this review

very inconsistent. took my car in for service. I approved it for a few recommended fix. Try to pick up my car a day later and the price was $200+ than what I approved. Sure enough I won't be going back. That was the same reason I refuse to go back to Baytown Nissan. Not sure if it's a NISSAN thing.

This place has just about the worst customer service. I am writing this review while on hold to speak with a service advisor. I had an appt scheduled today and my after visit summary included hand written notes that provided no details. I called to speak with my service advisor Paul and was transferred multiple times. The receptionist apologized a million times because I HAD TIME TODAY she then hung up the phone while pretending to transfer the call. I have been attempting to speak with someone in service for about 40 minutes and counting. I was eventually transferred to Pre Owned ( Not even the correct department) but spoke with a great rep named Cedes who WALKED to the service department and ensured I was finally assisted.

I called this place about a week or two ago and they answered and then hung up when I called. They finally answered and quoted me upwards of $400 dollars for a diagnostic. I go in today for a printout quote for my scholarship program and the experience was just awful. Someone immediately comes up to my car as I parked not letting me get out. His personality was sweet and he gave me clear instructions. I stood to the right for the service desk while workers glared at me standing there for a while and never spoke to me. Finally a tall bald man offered me help and was the sweetest! He offered me coffee before directing me to a hall way before I reached the counter I stood at. The workers quite literally watched us walk off while continuing their conversation. He instructed me to talk to the first person not on the phone which was the second person, however the first person who was on the phone tried talking to me and the person on the phone at the same time. I continue my walk to the next guy and this is where things get weird. I asked him for a print out of a diagnostic cost. He's rambling about something I didn't ask so I said "I don't think you understand what I'm saying, I just need a paper copy of the price". He says no because they don't provide print work of prices. I asked how much it was again and the price dropped to about 2 something ... so I said the other day when I called I was quoted 4 something. He looked over to the guy on the phone and said if someone called. I said well it was about to weeks ago but that's what was told to me. So they shrug and just look at me. I asked if they knew where another Nissan was located and he said "no, maybe 59 or I-59"... now I don't where that is but 59 isn't an address. But I said "ok" and he quickly said "but I doubt that they will give you one"... I left. Aside from the phone guy I couldn't help but notice the lack of diversity. I hate to be "that guy" but with service like this and an environment like this I can't help but wonder. No wonder it's a slow month for them. One star for the only two good workers that showed me where to go. Don't recommend and I'm a long time Nissan driver. Trucks lasted me a long time.

Ridiculously shady. Sticker price advertised online is NOWHERE near what they will try to lie and get out of you when you are sitting in their dirty, scratched up offices. The initial salesman we dealt with seemed too uneducated to even realize that what he was reporting from management was clearly an attempt to con us out of more money than they had advertised. They had at least 5 different ways of pretending they were offering us a new deal but were still just trying to get us to overpay from any other dealer in Houston as well as overpay from what they had listed online. DO NOT FALL FOR THE "PREP PACKAGE" UP CHARGES. This place is a ripoff and should be shut down.

Deceitful: listed price was understated as they added wheel lock, tint, some kind of GPS, and paint protection to the tune of an additional 600-700 dollars, and claimed their ambiguous fine print absolved them. Sales guy was inarticulate and it just a patsy for the sales team at the tower. When will a place like this evolve to change the sales model from the back and forth between sales and the tower to a more pleasant purchasing experience?

Yea this is a horrible place of business, totally scammers. The mangers are all trying to get money from you , they even send me this flyer saying I won 2500 cash but of course it was just some hoax so that there sad car dealership could get more foot traffic . If your thinking about buying a car or ordering parts , go somewhere else that values their customers. Hope this dealership shuts down in the future they have been doing shady business for years now.
