My wife and I visited this location 12/20/23, looking to purchase a pre owned vehicle for our college student daughter. The vehicle was listed online for $16,999. Once at the dealership, we were informed by the salesperson that there was an additional charge of 6k for something I believed they called "central care". It's basically a maintenance package that in my opinion was not worth the price. The salesperson spoke with the manager and we all agreed to remove the added care and keep the purchase price at the original listed price plus ttl. The salesperson asked if I would be financing the vehicle, which i replied yes. I signed documents agreeing to the listed price $16,999.The problem arose when dealing with the finance person. The finance department tried to finance us through one of their lenders at a ridiculously high apr. I then explained that I could finance through my credit union at a lower rate. Then I was told that the price was agreed only if I financed through one of their lenders. This is after spending two hours at this dealership test driving the vehicle, inspecting, and getting them to remove the car care. I spoke with a manager Mr Treadway and he used words such as assume, assuming, and guessing. Ultimately, he told me it was standard practice to "assume" I would be financing through them. None of the paperwork I signed explained this, the salesperson did not mention this, and it was not listed anywhere on the tag attached to the vehicle that I had to finance through them.I've been purchasing vehicles for over twenty years and have never been told I could not finance through the company of my choice until this instance. The price we were purchasing the vehicle was their listed price. I can see if we negotiated some outstanding deal or something. Unbelievable!!!

I took in my car for an oil change and they were supposed to return in that same day in the afternoon. Turns out they forgot to and said they'll drop it off the next day by 9 am. I couldn't go to work because to no surprise the next morning the car was still missing. I didn't get my car back until the next afternoon and almost missed a days work. Completely unreliable. When I called to ask the status of my car they'd said no one was available leaving me a sitting duck not knowing where my car is.

Just Look at the Reviews people. Don't get suckered into even looking at their inventory both for new and used cars. Immediately upon walking into this place got shady vibes. The rows of desks for the used car salespeople spoke volumes, the receptionist desk on the new car side did not ask why I was there. They didn't even look up from their computer. The salesman and sales manager tried giving me a price with 9 thousand dollars in added fees. I'm contacting General Motors to give them a heads-up. This is ridiculous. That's why I hate buying an American made vehicle these days. I'm going to another dealer, possibly Sewell and may just avoid Cadillac altogether. Don't waste your valuable time and money by going to Central Houston Cadillac.

Just got my new vehicle back from its first service and wow. Not sure I've seen a new vehicle treated with such disrespect by a dealer before. Inside door sills of every door covered in dirty footprints. Why you need to stand on the door sills of the rear doors while changing the oil I still do not understand. Overall, an epic fail on the part of the dealership.UPDATE - Central Cadillac did contact me and came and got the vehicle a week later and did a full detail. Everything looks as it should now.

Dave Morrissey their sales manager is an ultimate swindler! Not only will he make you pay for a package you will not use,but when u tell him the 12% interest he found you(like he did a favor) is too high he says well that's the only way your getting a deal on the package you don't want. If he is their leader I feel bad for sales!

I have been a long time customer of Central Cadillac.Following a car accident, I found myself in a dire situation where I was unable to commute back and forth to Austin, Texas, where I travel for work. Understanding the urgency of my predicament, I turned to Central Houston Cadillac in search of a viable solution. At that time, I had already preordered a Cadillac Lyric and eagerly awaited its arrival. My only requirement was a temporary vehicle to bridge the gap until my desired car became available. To my disappointment, instead of receiving honest advice or being informed about reasonable rental options, I was persuaded into a lease agreement for a car that I would have never chosen under normal circumstances. In an email exchange it is explicitly stated that the lease "really doesn't matter that much." This misleading information led me to believe that I could easily switch to the Cadillac Lyric once it arrived. However, upon receiving the Lyric, I discovered that an additional depreciation cost of over $11,000 had been included in the overall expenses of the new vehicle, without my prior knowledge or consent. This turn of events has left me driving a vehicle I never intended to possess, burdened by an unjustified financial liability that was slipped into my contract without proper disclosure from the beginning. The magnitude of this undisclosed cost is excessive and completely undermines the trust I had placed in Central Houston Cadillac.

Leased a 2022 CT4 for three years, paid cash for the entire lease term. It's been ongoing problem since. Paid 1028$ dollars for a windshield replacement in March 2023. The windshield had to be replaced a second time in May 2023, for a default . September 29, 2023, The windshield is cracked again for the third time . The front right tire split, it's currently being replaced after going back in forth with a service employee trying to hustle me to pay out of pocket when the car is under warranty with less than 5k miles The dealership service employee' s has a fraudulent illegal complicit enterprise going on at this dealership. A proper investigation is required to protect consumers immediately.. I feel unsafe in the car and their refusing to fix the defaultEd windshield that still under warranty without paying again

A trash dealership that tries to sucker customers into paying extremely large add on fees for useless products on their new vehicles. The very definition of a snake oil salesman. I walked out. Don't bother wasting your time by walking in.

Came in to Central Houston Cadillac. Great experience with Emmanuel Dixon(the sales representative ) , the Matt Hinton (the finance manager) , and Scott Jones( General Sales Manager) they were very friendly and nice. Overall, it was a great experience and service. So the next time you need a Cadillac whether it New or Used just ask for Emmanuel D.

This is the worst dealership I've dealt with. They just try to sell you the car as soon as possible and once they sell you the car they don't care about you anymore, not like they do before either. But if you have any issues with your car, you're better off going to any other Cadillac dealership in Houston than with them. They are not reliable and very disrespectful to your face. Worst of the worst

Whoa. I've never had a business try to take me so fast in all of my life. I reached out over the internet for a vehicle sales priced to $35k on 01/02/23. See the attached photo of the 2021 Cadillac XT4 Sport, 16k miles. I spoke with Greg over the phone and shared that the car was overpriced when compared to the comps. I also shared that I knew my car had negative equity. Side Note: I purchased a sports car, brand new from the showroom floor a couple months back. I wanted to experience it prior to starting a family. I knew I would have negative equity and I was prepared to either pay that to the lien holder or provide a down payment. I didn't feel the need to discuss that with the salesman. They should be offering what they're willing to offer regardless of anything else. Their offer for my car was about $7k below what two other dealerships had offered me. However, Greg told me that the dealership was willing to work with the numbers. I provided the information for my car and asked him to draw me up some numbers. Imagine my surprise when they'd found a way to make a $35k car $53k for drive out at notes higher than $1k per month. Mind you, I have decent credit. $7k of this was a dealer protection plus plan. See the attached photo. Even with the breakdown, I have no clue how they houdinied these numbers. I responded via email, pointing out the obvious issues with the numbers. I then received a second set of numbers today (1/3/23). Still an additional $12k above. Now the protection plus plan was marked down to $1600. Moral of the story: Look somewhere else. It's 24 hours after my initial contact: I purchased a 2022 XT5 (model up) elsewhere, 10k fewer miles, was given $7k more than Central Houston offered for my trade, DRIVE OUT was $19k less than what Central Houston tried to offer me. I will always tell people to steer clear of this dealership.

Update from a previous review I left on the purchase of my vehicle from this dealership in September. We literally paid them way too much for this car just for them to rip us off. They never fixed any of the issues and now we are left with an expensive car with so many problems. They never made it right even though we made many attempts to get them to fix it. They told us after promising they would fix it at purchase that we need to use the warranty for them to look at it. This place needs to be sued. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!- Brianna, we spoke with Scott and he said that he would be charging us diagnostic fees and that we needed to use our warranty in order to get anything fixed. If your company is willing to stand by their word and actually fix the issues with the vehicle we purchased, a call from them would be nice as every time we call we have to leave multiple messages and no one ever calls us back. It's been months of this with no actual attempt to fix the problems. Our last name could easily be looked up for a call from the dealership if you are sincerely trying to help.

This place treated me like a Queen while I was buying the car, noticed a few days later on passenger side. The runner clip was broke took to them they really did not want to deal with me. So they had someone come out and look suppose to call to see if they would fix. Been at least a month gone by no call back. It was broke from them because I didn't notice when I bought a brand new Ct5 I guess there not gonna fix. I think this is a bunch of bs. I do not recommend this place they don't back up there vehicles paid almost $60.000 and they want fix what was damaged
