At this point the treatment and dishonesty from this company is beyond disrespectful and very much an inconvenience to me.Yesterday I came in for screen replacement.It was around 2:15-2:30 when i left my device confirming 3 times my phone be ready on the same day. She guaranteed that it would be, and the service should take approximately 2-3 hours.The price I agreed to pay was 160 dollars. 200 was another option for "better screen" I declined.After roughly 2 hours i called to check on the progress, no one reached out to me, Only to be informed that she no longer carried the 160 screen only the more expensive one.I explain to her that I was not prepared to pay that due to it not being my mistake and she simply stated that she could place my cracked screen back on my phone and refund me. I went ahead and let her fix it she called me at about 6:45 stating that my phone was ready but she closed at 7:00 even though 830 says the site. she left im still deviceless and no one has called me back. I missed my flight and had to reschedule all due to lies and lack of customer service
