I was a repeat customer until today. Two times now I’ve tried a vape after purchase while still in store and the vape was burnt. In response to this, the clerk demands he tries the vape and both times claims it’s not burnt and offers a worthless 15% discount off the next purchase. So this leaves me with a vape that’s burnt that someone else has now used and I won’t be using. Also, if you buy 2 vapes for whatever price they’re offering, you’re unable to use your rewards so basically you can never use your rewards because they always have they’re most popular vapes at a “discount” which makes no difference after their whopping 10% tax.Update: the clerk came out to my car after the second incident and stated they can do a one time replacement. Generous I guess, but I won’t be coming back.

I stopped by the San Felipe store on Black Friday to see if there were good deals. I spoke to the person standing behind the counter. His name was Abdul. He was knowledgeable about the products and very helpful. I bought something new and I paid a good price for it. I will certainty return to this store. Abdul was ultra nice. I have no problem recommending this stroke to my family and friends.

Was refreshing to see knowledgeable staff with great quality and variety of products for good price. I bought lazarus natural and Charlotte's web cbd oil from there. Good customer service. 10/10 would recommend going there.

San Felipe store. Went in there yesterday for the first time. The kid behind the counter was more interested in playing his online game with his friends than with helping me! He was talking to them on speaker phone while I was looking at products. I had a lot of questions that went unanswered. Would not recommend to anyone.
