I went to return some boots that were gifted to my son but they didn’t fit him, and the service that they gave me was horrible, the employee was rude, and assumed that I was lying, and even ignored me when I gave a complement about the store.

No one to help you. Cashier was nice but when turned to ask her male coworker a question I had he just didn't bother to look my way to answer barely even wanted to answer. He was a dark black hair mustache Hispanic guy.

An excellent store for those who need cowboy boots, jeans, shirts, belts. Everything is of excellent quality. Lots of work clothes. I went to buy jeans and shirts and bought boots.I recommend.

Literally went in yesterday to shop with my daughter and brother. Worst customer service experience ever. The young ladies that work there kept looking at us and talking among themselves, as if they were criticizing us. They never offered help and when I asked for help one if then told me to wait a minute and never did return or ask me what I needed. Thankfully a young man by the name of Christian asked if I needed help and he was very courteous and helped us. Then a lady folding jean’s looked at us like we were at the wrong type of store. Sizes run small and I would actually like to see a western store offer big sizes not just large or xl. It’s like big clothes is made from left over ugly material honestly. Like if big people don’t like to look good. I apologized to my daughter if anyone made her feel uncomfortable.

The “manager” in charge was a skinny Hispanic dude that basically acted like I killed his dog in front of him because I wanted to return my boots. They hadn’t even been tried on and I had the receipt. If I wasn’t on a very important call, I would have addressed his offensive attitude. Probably with more than words. COMPLETE TRASH!!!McDonalds wouldn’t even hire this clown.
