My older cat was getting matted and I was embarrassed to take her in. Hannah was so nice and was able to get her mats out without having to shave her- Bella and I are grateful! She’s much more comfortable and back to ruling the house.

I've gotten my cat Pepper groomed by the same technician for over 2 years now. She is very gentle, efficient and takes pride in her work. My cat has high anxiety and is always treated with the BEST! care. 100% recommend.

It was a very positive experience getting my senior cat’s first grooming here. Hannah was so sweet to him and took excellent care of him. She got him looking so fresh and clean. My favorite part is that I could wait for him at the place while he was getting groomed so i didn’t have to feel anxious about leaving him. Overall, positive experience. Planning to bring my other cats as well at a later time. Here is a pic of our handsome freshly groomed catI am sad about the last review of a customer who’s cat got razor burns. I hope that issue got resolved appropriately

My husband took our 10 year old cat to this place, they did a TERRIBLE and CRUEL job, we wanted it short not this! We could actually touch his skin. She told us they just did ONE LITTLE burn, this cat had several BIG burns everywhere, as you can see in the picture, he wouldn’t even use the litter box, he was shaking and wouldn’t let us touch him because he was in pain, we had to take him to the vet. Terrible terrible place, don’t take your animals here, this was 100% animal cruelty. I wouldn’t have even picked 1 star, they don’t even deserve to be in business,

My sister's cat took a bath for the first time in his life, and I'm glad it was this place. The groomer was very patient and attentive throughout the whole process. While the bathing process was stressful for him(he has some anxiety and other health issues), the groomer knew to stop multiple times to have him calm back down. His fur after the bath has become very soft, healthy, and he's also shedding significantly less. It's still going pretty good after a week or so. So, I'd highly recommend this place for a cat's first time bath!

The owner of The Cats Pajamas of Houston is truly a cat lover above all else. She is patient, warm and incredibly empathetic towards her little fur customers. We followed her from Catnip Inn and are so glad we did.

I just want to start by saying, I found out my cat had fleas LAST NIGHT. I called them this morning & they told me to bring my cat in asap. I told them the experience I had at another cat groomer in the area & let’s just say..they made sure I never experienced that again!! The last groomer I went to, they told me not to come back & that my cat had mauled them…which did not sound like my cat at all! Contrary to the other groomer, Barbara & Nana (if I got your name wrong I’m so sorry), treated my cat like it was their own. Loved my cat, was patient with my cat, and my cat didn’t scratch or scream once. Patience like theirs is honestly so rare & I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my cat. They gave me so much guidance & let me help them with my cat. To the catnip team, you do not understand how much you have changed everything for me. I walked in so defeated, I had just moved & my cat had fleas for the first time. I will only came back here!!!! Don’t think..just go!! Your cat will love it.

They were very helpful and treated my 15yr old bottle baby Bloo and myself with a kind heart and tender hands. Even gave me pointers to help me prevent mats before they start and tricks to get them out if I can't make it to the groomers. Very helpful and will be back in the spring/summer for a bath and start a regular rotation of grooming.

Our Cosmo stayed for 3 nights. He was as mellow as we have ever seen him afterward. Amazing. He has stayed at a dog/cat boarding facility before and was completely stressed afterward. Highly recommend your cat stay here. Very low key place and cat centric care are a great combination.

What a waste of time. Had an appointment scheduled for a couple of weeks for 9 am grooming for two cats. Got them in their crates and drove 30 minutes to this place because we’ve had good experiences in the past despite dealing with some staff’s attitudes. Got there at 9 am and heard staff talking and laughing upstairs so thought it would just be a minute, surely they heard me open the door a few times and yell “hello?”. 20 minutes go by and no one has come downstairs to acknowledge me. Never coming here again.

They fit my cat in for a grooming on very short notice and showed me how to take better care of my cat's hair. I would have been lost and gotten a lion cut when it wasn't needed for my fur baby. Deborah truly cares and knows cats, I'm glad I found this place and will be returning for grooming needs!

Debora saw an emergency situation and made time for me and my cat. She was wonderful to work with and told me everything I needed to do with after care. Oscar is a much happier cat now that Debora fixed him up

Incredible service! The staff is VERY knowledgeable! In addition to the dietary and the miscellaneous lifestyle option ideas, the staff offers a wide variety of what's needed/best for your cat. Highly recommend!
