I understand wanting to leave at closing time but blatantly not wanting to do your job because “we don’t feel like doing that right now” a few minutes before closing it crazy to me. So I’ll take this ladies advice and return tomorrow, but to speak with a manager and have them process my transaction. Valu pawn is far better.

Worst place to go ! The Mánager and the rest of them , they have no manners to treat you ! They treat like you are a piece of dirt. They forgat customer are very important .I will not return THERE ever

Promised 1 price when I put something on layaway. Went to picks it up and they charged me more. Be really careful IF you use the place. I’d suggest against it. I won’t be going back.

Say one thing then does another. Yenifer told me a price on an item, I said ok. I asked if it has a case and she told me they would find one for it. I ask if we can test the item and they say they don’t have the items to test it, so I said I have some out in my car. So I go and get all of that and hook it up and test it and then say ok I’ll do it and they tell me they don’t have a case and actually they won’t do the price we agreed on. I asked didn’t you say we could do this price? They said yeah I did, but we’re not going to. It wasn’t even any extravagant discount.Why did I waste my time getting items and testing it? They’ll tell you something to spark interest but it’s actually just a lie. Yikes. Run.

The manager selectively undervalues items for loan and lies about it being a universal pricing change. When she is not in, the AM gives more reasonable pricing. This is a consistent issue.

I went to that location because it was right close by my house. Got some things on layaway that I really loved made my first payment, my next payment and finally my last. I was one day late unfortunately had things to take care of and it past my mind. I immediately left to see if I could make my last payment despite me being one day late. What happens they placed all my stuff back and didn't even receive a call from them to remind me that my stuff will soon be placed back if I don't make a payment so they easily took my money like nothing. I was really upset that I wanted to talk to the manager to please understand the situation but she was even worst I don't know if she was having a bad day but not very nice at all. So please if you consider coming here DON'T. If you are in the same situation just be careful even if it's one day late they will take advantage of that sadly. Don't

This is the other Cash America that has never let me down and is the other fave. I haven't had a bad experience here, they have always been nice, polite and had great deals. Highly recommend this cash America.
