It's been about a month now, I have been patient and as peaceful as one can be in a situation that has been literally imprinted into my life/existence … so as I said above, about a month has passed since two cash America employees stole my merchandise, YES I SAID STOLE! And because I guess the manager or whatever position she holds there at the Gears & veterans memorial location, She meaning the Person who stole my stuff. Yes I walked into that location with 3 mk (MICHAEL KHORS) BELTS, A MICHAEL KHORS PURSE, A CALVIN KLIEN backpack a pair of REE BOX (ALL BRAND NEW ) ALSO A SMALL AIR COMPRESSION MACHINE USED TO AIR YOUR TIRES ON YA BIKE CAR, OR WHATEVER YOU NEED AIR FOR OR IN. I REALLY DON'T LIKE USING THIS PARTICULAR PLATFORM FOR PERSONAL REASONS, BUT I JUST DIDN'T KNOW A PAWNSHOP HAD THE RITE TO LITERALLY CAST JUDGEMENTS/ CONVICTION ON A ACCUSED PERSON WHO HAS ENTERED THEIR STORE TO CONDUCT A BUSINESS TRANSACTION WITH THEIR COMPANY. SO I ASKED HER AND THE GENTLEMAN WHO HAD ME GIVE ALL OF MY MERCHANDISE BEFORE BEING ACCUSED OF A CRIME AGAINST THEIR STORE, TO PLEASE GIVEE ME MY THINGS AND I WOULD LEAVE, SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE WASN'T GOING TO GIVE ME MY STUFF AND I WOULD HAVE TO RITE A COMPLAINT, I TOLD HER THAT SHE WAS COMMITTING A CRIME BY KNOWINGLY TAKING MY MERCHANDISE AS IF SHE WAS ABOUT TO CONDUCT A PAWN LOAN, AND JUST TAKE ALL OF MY THINGS. IVE CONTACTED CORPORATE AND I WAS TOLD THAT SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME WITHIN 48 HOURS. I WAS TOLD THIS ON TWO OCCASIONS. I CALLED THE STORE AGAIN AND WAS ABLE TO SPEAK TO JESUS I BELIEVE, IM NOT SURE ON NAMES, BUT HE IS A PART OF THEIR MANAGEMENT, I SPOKE TO HIM ON THIS MATTER AND HE TOLD ME ITS OUT OF RANGE, BASICALLY SAYING IF I DIDN'T TAKE THIS ISSUE TO THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE HE WOULD'VE JUST HAD SOMEONE GIVE ME MY THINGS. I KNOW THIS IS A VERY LONG MESSAGE/REVIEW AND I DO HOPE THE RITE EYES FIND THIS AND ALL OF THIS CAN LITERALLY GO AWAY, I DON'T THINK ITS SO SO SERIOUS THAT WE HAVE TO TAKE THIS TO A ACUAL COURT OF LAW, BECAUSE IM SO SURE CASH AMERICA AS A COMPANY DOES NOT WANT PEOPLE TO FEEL LIKE THEY CAN HAVE THEIR STUFF TAKEN AWAY BECAUSE AN EMPLOYEE DEEMED THEM A THEIF, AND MAY POSSIBLY TAKE YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS PLUS WHATEVER U HAVE THEIR TO PAWN, ITS A BAD LOOK I KNOW BECAUSE IM SURE THEY CANT JUST TAKE PEOPLES MERCHANDISE AND HAVE THEM SUFFER CAUSE THE MONEY WAS NEEDED TO BUY FOOD AND PAY OUR LIGHT BILL! I HOPE I DON'T HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER MEASĹEY MOMENT TO HAVE MY THINGS PLACED BACK IN MY POSSESSION! I FEEL SO VIOLATED AND ALMOST LIKE IM NOT VISIBLE TO THIS STORES HIGHER UPPS. AND I DO KNOW, NO ONE PERSON SHOULD BE ABLE TO DESTROY A COMPANYS REPUTATION PLUS BRING THEM A REPUTATION THAT DOES NOT GO WITH THE WELCOMING ENERGY THEY WANT US TO FEEL. I PLAN ON PROBABLY TAKING THIS TO A NEWS STATION, OR SOMEONE CAUSE ITS NOT OK TO STEAL JUST BECAUSE U THINK I DID THIS, SO PLEASE DO THE RITE THANG!

The manager was very rude . Doesn't know how to talk to her employees . very unprofessional how she was treating customers too .seen like she doesn't want to help the black people only taking certain kind of people .. and i think that's very racist not fair to other peoples . And also I came in last week and she was talking to one of her employees (Jeremy )crazy saying very disrespectful things she shouldn't be saying out her mouth not manager like . Says that she has power in the company .it's her words against his .and she was telling him that he was an hazard ... That's wasn't okay . I been coming here for years and never experienced anything like that she need to be terminated or something cause that's not how you run a business nor talk to your employees

Worst pawn shop for you to come to. Terrible customer service, they don't answer their phone, and they ignore their customers. Personally I hate dealing with them. I try not to come to this location. Zero stars if I could select it.

Went in to buy a tv I was hesitant at first because of the amount of traffic in the parking lot nonetheless I still stopped by. I was surprised at the upkeep of the store it was quiet but the staff (young guy) greeted me. They didn’t have a big selection of TVs in regards to what I was looking for but I did end up buying a laptop and the manager gave me a good deal. Everyone was reserved but professional and helpful.
