Honestly this place is filled with nothing but scheming interns that don't know what they're doing without their managers. Last visit, 5/14/2024. They tried to lied their way out, about the pricing of what I am selling of what I got to a $5-$10 Not gonna lie, they're kinda pathetic employees that takes their time so darn slow I don't know who hired them but it seems like Cash America is desperate or just getting lazy.

I've been dealing with this place for 15 years or so and I love them but they can't seem to keep their long time employees and these new people are rude and make too many mistakes with your money it's discouraging and makes you not want to return.

**SINCE THEY WANTED TO DELETE MY REVIEW**this place scammed me for my camera,workers here want to laugh and make fun of you and look at you like you’re dumb ,if you hate your job , why are you here then ,workers flirt and giggle with each otherthey claim they “don’t buy silver” then why are you a pawn shop ?.if you need to pawn items go somewhere else and don’t waste your time here

I bought a computer from this location. I called to get the password and they put me on hold for 15 minutes then hung up and wouldn’t answer the phone. Very unprofessional

Customer service was horrible it’s freezing outside they watch you at the door not acknowledging you as a customer. The agent was cocky and rude would not give her name. I spoke with the guy who said he was the assistant manager standing along the side of the rude racist agent. I’ve been dealing with cash America for a long time never experienced this type of behavior it’s unacceptable. He said the store manager is Lynn I need to speak with him if this is how he train his employees

Best Cash America !!! Very nice and professional team! They go above and beyond to help you out , they also have great deals on jewlery and other items.I've never had a bad experience. Would recommend!

Eduardo, Kathleen, and Candy were the best customer service representative I have ever gotten the pleasure to be served by. Eduardo was very knowledgeable about my technology and candy was an absolute sweetheart and help me with every need and question I had and Kathleen was one of the most genuinely chipper people that I have ever met if I ever use any pawn shop again it will always be this one

This is one of my fave Cash America's the people are always super nice, helpful, polite and AMAZING!!! They always have super interesting and greatly priced items and they make you just want to keep coming back for more... I've been coming here for YEARS and have never had a bad experience. Definitely come here!
