I've been dealing with this place for 15 years or so and I love them but they can't seem to keep their long time employees and these new people are rude and make too many mistakes with your money it's discouraging and makes you not want to return.

I bought a computer from this location. I called to get the password and they put me on hold for 15 minutes then hung up and wouldn’t answer the phone. Very unprofessional
