We have been customers for 8 years and this time when we handed my chain and cross in the lady broke my chain they said they would fix it but when we went to get my chain and cross back it wasn't the same chain they had changed it and when we said its not the same chain the female manager denied it made out that i don't know my own chain that ive been wearing for 29 years

Please DO NOT COME HERE!! The manager does not know her products at all and she is just lazy to make a deal with made up policies so she won't help you. Do better

I drove out of my way because I saw a piece of jewelry online that I wanted. I get there and no one greeted me. I waited for someone to approach me for over 5 minutes until I finally had to come out of my character and ask someone for their assistance. They’re lucky I had to come out of my way and that I really wanted that item or else they wouldn’t have gotten my business. I know one thing for sure, I WONT BE BACK. I honestly don’t recommend anyone else go there either.

When I first walked into this pawn shop, I thought they were going out of business. Their inventory is very low. The store is in a good location across the freeway from Walmart on Freeport. They do have a good selection of jewelry and guns.The store associates were friendly. I'll be checking back in a couple of months to see if they have replenish their inventory.

Since the San Jacinto location isn't listed I'll review it here. They sold me a broken ps4 remote control, then when I tried to trade it in they wanted me to pay the difference for another controller. 1 out of the 2 games didn't work either. Never going there again
