I love love love this location. I have frequented this location for over 10 years and I ALWAYS receive EXCELLENT customer service from each and EVERY employee from past to present. The manager J. R. and the associate Janie has been there since forever and they are like family to me. Always a great greeting and laughs and smiles. Truly an awesome crew!!!

Spoke with Alex who was very helpful. He allowed me to go through two baskets that were in a display case. I did find an item was looking for, made me a deal, and purchased it. He was very helpful as I came into the store I was greeted by a young lady who was helping another customer. Good job Alex!

I pawn my gun here when I went back and try to get my gun back manger gave me a hard time then stole my holster long story short I gotten him straight won’t never go back here again !!!!

If i could give this store 0 stars i would. DO NOT go to this location they are racist to black people and just recently fired the only black employee they had. They mainly only try to speak Spanish to avoid helping to anyone else. This place needs better management. edit::(if you did business with Johntrel he no longer works there)

Johntrell was great give that guy a manager position his was great, manager that Looked like a man not so nice very rude I will come back for him but please leave her alone… I did not get her name but she was in Hispanic woman that looked very manly and I’m not trying to be rude but that’s the only description I can give her.

The manager here is very unprofessional and rips people off he’s been on break over a hour. And I have to wait to pick up my pistol because he doesn’t want to start my paper work. For my background to pick up my gun!!!
