Not a fan of the customer service. I went in to get a loan on my PS5. I felt like they could have given a little more on the loan but that’s not the reason for the 2 star review. The reason for the review is that while the lady was testing my PS5, she was also caught up in a conversation with her co workers about the hawk tua girl from the internet. After she tested my PS5, she just had me standing there and I had to interrupt her conversation about nonsense to get her to finish checking me out so I could go to work. I just think there should be more professionalism and while conducting business.

Great customer service, I was attended by vanessa to put a ring on layaway she was super polite and helpful. I will definitely be coming back.

Received great service yesterday. The manager Marisol was very welcoming and nice. I seen a ring I was really interested in and she was able to negotiate the price for me! Definitely coming back, thanks again! You guys are great.

I came in on an impromptu trip and I am so glad I did! Liah was absolutely amazing!!! She was extremely knowledgeable and professional; not to mention with her and the help of her coworkers and assistant manager, who were just as helpful, I found exactly what I needed!! This particular piece of jewelry I have been trying to find for years! I’m so glad I came and will definitely be back!! Thanks guys!!!

Great service, i was pretty hard to deal with because i had no idea what i was doing but thankfully with vanessa’s help and great service we got through things very quickly and efficiently! Very greatful and happy for all her help ! 10/10 would recommend a trip here!

Came all the way from California just to come to this amazing pawn shop with lots of options/varieties and met and amazing and outgoing worker named Vanessa she was showed great customer service and was super helpful and very patient and understanding, I would 10/10 go back again.

I bought a couple rings and put an expensive ring on layaway too but my bank account was hacked and it was a process so I told them the situation so the Manager Marisol said no worries I’m give you a $90 credit. And you can come in a choose something else or buy something else. Well I go in and was told I have 3 accounts and none were showing credit. I pulled up the msgs from Marisol who was present at the time. So the lady with hazel eyes was rude like you didn’t pay nothing or not enough so no you’re not getting a credit. Which I was just asking if I still had cuz I was going to purchase something additional. But Marisol never came out to address it or nothing. The Afro-Americano dude sorry I didn’t get his name but he was cool helpful sold me the item I was getting. He was apologetic which he had no reason too he was doing his job and doing it well. But I’ll never shop here again. They lost a great customer.
