I wanted to browse the jewelry and firearms but the store was wayyy too hot. It must have been north of 85° inside, I couldn't shop there. I definitely couldn't work there.

I would avoid this place. We made a deal on the price, drive 45minutes to get there and then they raised the price when I showed up. Will definitely not be doing business there.

Very bad customer service, i message saying that i was coming in today to buy a laptop, even game me the address to get there. when i arrived they were selling the laptop i was coming to get. What good is telling them you going to buy something if they just going to dale it anyways. It was a waste of time and effort. I am deeply upset and don't recommend anyone come to this location.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the staff and felt welcomed. Joe was extremely helpful and walked through the process of pawning my items. All In all it was a great experience and couldn’t be anymore happier with the outcome. Definitely recommend coming back.

Very unprofessional staff. Evelyn, the young Hispanic girl, was talking with a guy that came in and constantly called him n**ga and was using vulgar language. My kids weren’t in there so I didn’t bother to say anything but it definitely made me uncomfortable and I knew I wouldn’t return.

I remember pawning a few items a year or so ago and the manager was great and staff as well! This new staff is terrible!! Specially a dark complexion Hispanic guy kind of heavy set which i would write his name if he'd EVER wear his name tag!!!!! He always make unnecessary comments like "you sure you didn't steal this?" "You really not going to get anything" He said my merchandise was too new and it looked stolen because I had them nicely packed in the boxes I said "I just take good care of my things" He replied "Yes, too well" I wanted to tell him off!!! He's so quick to judge and I believe because he feels entitled that "people are taking their things to pawn them for unexpected emergencies" and he has to be "an a*** about it!!! Seriously, he shouldn't even be there! He was trying to say my ring was fake and scraped the heck out of my ring three times!!!!! Until the manager came over and told him "your leaving the tester on too long" he's terrible and he shouldn't even be there! He belittles all the customers that come in to pawn things to get loans!! He has poor customer service skills and he should be more sympathetic and appreciative because thanks to us he has a job!!!!!!!!
