Costumer service was horrible lady that’s black hair with pony tail to the back is Mexican was asked for a code she was just sitting on her phone time is 9:54 we came in ain’t no hello ain’t no greet nothing they looked like they didn’t want to work!!! Never coming. Again I suggest you find people that want to work!!!! Lack of communication and costumer service

I have gone to several pawn shops and asked about the gunsI recently lost my ID so passport Is all I got and apparently they said lts not a valid idDid something change in the last few days that states don't accept federal passportts ????

Let me start by saying I'm still considering this being a full on corporate complaint. I just want to say that I'm SUPER not okay with my beloved family heirloom being in a safe that sits wide open and visible to anyone who walks in, including opportunistic drug addicts who walk in with something that's probably stolen to pawn that are already desperate for a fix. Those safes have a time delay for a reason. This put mine and everyone elses priceless items at risk. Also one of the employees was not wearing a panic button alarm lanyard. On this day at this time, anyone could have robbed them and taken everything. There is no dollar amount that would have made up for the item I had in that safe that would have been taken.
