Insulting offers. Brought in a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 in great condition, unlocked with case and screen protectors and was only offered $50 TO SELL IT. Let me remind you, I ONLY needed to pawn it till Wednesday to cover some last minute bills..... then the lady wanted me to show a receipt saying that its paid off. I returned and say it would make you look rather stupid to see that I paid $500 + tax for the phone not even 30 days ago and to offer me a insulting offer like that. Lady had NO clue what she had in her hands, be careful where you take your hard earned stuff. Went to EZ Pawn on Cook Road and got way more than what I was asking for and should be expected if the phone is more than $450 used. Never returning again. I would prefer the woman to deny me than to offer me such Insulting offers, no respect for other people's stuff

I have been a customer for more than 11 years. I asked for a one day extension and management denied the extension. I have never "lost" an item. In bad times I have had to extend my loan many times, paying more than the item was worth cost wise. I don't know if their is new ownership, or just new management, but that is not way to treated trusted customers.

Me and my two young boys went to browse the video game section and after a few minutes I decided to purchase a loose DVD that had a yellow clearance label that read 49 cents. As we got ready at the counter I put 50 cents and the employee ask another employee how much for the item he said $1. I directed him to the 49 cents clearance tag on the item and he lied an stated people bring in items with tags all the time. I immediately said no thank you and told my boyz let's go. Yes the store did have many items with the same 49cents clearance tag and yes their was a guy selling an old camera for $30 n they gave him a hard time imagine the headache they gave the multiple 49 cents individuals. I hate liars and people who don't honor their prices. Avoid this location they will charge you more and low ball you on your items by making it seem like they are doing you a favor by paying you less then the item's worth.

Very very bad store. I purchased a 40 inch tv from this store and it seemed so good I the store. When I got home, it worked well for a few hours and all of a sudden, the audio stopped and it kept doing that every time. It is so wrong that I spend so much money just to get home and it was worthless. They totally refused to take this tv or even exchange it talking About, I didn’t get the Warranty, WHY DO YOU GUYS SELL BROKEN STUFF? Very dishonest and a huge scam. I will never advice anyone to buy from them and I will never buy from them ever again, very bad!

Generally this location the times I was there have been pleasant. Yesterday I spoke to the Manager that gave me a price to sale an item I no longer needed. Today I cleaned it up and took it in to sale (not pawn). Unfortunately the manager was not present so I had to deal with the Assistance Manager. This individual is professional yes but not courteous in fact extremely condescending in a professional manner. She also attempted to use words that were not used on a daily basis in an attempt to make her appear superior but in the end only made her look pathetic. I will continue to visit the location but will leave if this person is on the floor. Once the Manager returns I will be register a complaint.

The staff (not just a few, ALL of them) is great and they have an outstanding selection in merchandise. Though it looks small outside it spacious inside. After doing business here once I don't ever want to use any other place.
