We’ve been coming here for years. Lily , Monica , Veronica and Frank are amazing ! Great customer service, always friendly willing to help all the time makes you feel welcomed. Lorena on the other hand is EXTREMELY RUDE has poor customer service, isn’t willing to help she acts as if we are bothering her when we ask for something to be explained. We’ve never been treated rude at this pawn shop until Lorena helped us, she needs to fix her attitude since her main job is interacting with customers. Other than that this deserves 5 stars Frank is an amazing manager always will work with you when taking items in .

This pawn shop is a joke literally I went in with a tool that should have brought me at least $80 to $100 bucks and they sat there and played or joked back and forth about how much they should offer me for it and I know that pawn shops are suppose to give 30% of the lowest price they find online and so I know that I should have gotten $80ish and they joked in my face going up and down on which number to agree on and $50 is what they offered me but they started at $80 I was so angry this place is so unprofessional I mean I used to always go the this pawn shop but since they got these new workers I dont plan on going back again

I was southbound on Telephone Road when I saw this pawn shop. The business anchors one the end of a small strip center. The store is small but they have a nice selection of merchandise.
