Don’t go to this location for firearms pawns or selling they are lowballing. Went to a different location and got 45 % rather than the offered 30% and was able to do a loan despite my poor buyback history

The manager Steve and his team are so unprofessional .They are rude and have a non caring attitude. Also it seems like they make rules up. I was a day late and my product which was a family heirloom that obviously means something to me and they just stared at me not giving 2 shakes about my feelings or come up with a solution for me . I TRIED explaining to them I don't want to loose this item and they were like oh well , so I tried buying it back and they told me I Can't!!!! It's Policy also tried getting out my pawn with debit card and it's Policy they don't take debit only cash if your trying to get your pawn out , l had the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, while I'm goingthrough a hardship , really wish people had compassion for those who are struggling Not having access to their Policy is hard working around. But I did and got both of my products back .

It is what it is these guys do the best they can with what they got you should see the wall of shame outside the store these guys have saved me a few times and I've also lost its how it goes pay your bills inspect inspect inspect 360 the item that your going to but yeah 5 stars!

Sold me a gaming headset, was not told I needed an adapter for it. As a *aged* item I was denied warranty for it. So I can't even get my money back for a item that is useless, I would give it a 0/10 do not shop here.

If i could leave less than one star i would. Horrible business practices. I purchased a gun here and they didn't have the key to take the lock off the trigger so i had to figured it out myself. Then i purchased a bike here, well i tried to. I had it on layaway and i missed one of my payments by 1 day because i was hospitalized and they put the bike back on display and kept the money i had put towards the bike, mind you i was almost done paying it off. Then they suggested that i could get the bike but I'd have to start back over at $0.00.

I bought a sony headphone at this location yesterday for $60. The sale lady is new because she couldn't figure the tax amount and ask someone else for help. She never asked me to purchase the warranty. The headphone was out of juice and couldn't turn on. She plugged it in and it showed it is charging. I was in a hurry to go and couldn't wait for it being charged enough to test it out. Got home and plug it in charged in all night. This morning, i found out the headphone only work in the left ear but the right ear is dead. Call the store 3 times, waiting on hold a long time, finally someone told me there's nothing they can do unless I bought the warranty. Lesson learned for me, never buy anything at Cash America again. if you decide to buy an electric item there, make sure you spend enough time to test it out on any aspect you need to ensure the item works as you expected. If they don't ask, ask them and buy the insurance warranty for your purchase. Otherwise you just loose money even you just walk out the store, they won't return your money.

This place is ridiculous people are so rude prices on items are so over priced went to look for some AirPods Pro’s 2nd gen their price was 300 dollars used I highly don’t recommend this place simple fact rudeness overpriced damaged items and so on placed even smelled bad stay away from there I will never comeback to this place Ezpawn next door is a better choice

Worst customer service ever go to irvington location no problems ever there....my jewelry has been dyed here and no solution was found went to another location cleaned my jewelry and gave great customer service. They have no knowledge of products being pawned.This one is just closer to my house. I went in to get service and was not successful here.I went to another location and was served.I will never go back to this location.

My husband and I stayed buying things from here. But they no longer do the military discount and my last purchase in June of 2022 they never returned my id and when I went back to the store & asked for it they said it wasn't their so here it is August of 2022 and they find it not good business. Between my husband and myself we have spent thousands in this store. My last purchase in June was over a thousand dollars when my id never got returned. But other than that we have gotten some good deals in the past. When they were doing the discounts. They do have sales also just keep up with your id.
