Thank you Maria and Jesus for your customer service but the manager Natalie gives this store a 1star. Asked for a deal on a ring they have had on the shelf for over 2 months and she acted super ridiculous saying the BBB is investigating ppl making deals on items and getting paid for it. First of all no one is paying me to go check out a pawn shop lol. And to mention that is sooo out of context. She will keep missing sales due to having no customer service skills. This is why this store is 2stars. Needs a leader that could actually talk to customers not talk down to customers like I'm some kind of criminal. This descrimination will also be heard by from corporate. Do not recommend this location

Best variety of tools , electronics, jewelry and much more. Large clean building with professional employees to help you. They have lots of really nice products. They even have bicycles , purses and shoes. They have some good music playing while you shop. I definitely recommend checking out this location because it's worth it big time.

Man this company needs some new workers, I just went inside the pawn shop to pawn my ps4 Pro and the black short lady told me they don’t take the ps4 pro without the regular pro plugs. Tf it still work and plugs in and play. Pleas give new workers inside workers inside the facility

Came in to try and pawn my brand new watch and some bogus policy was trying to be stated to me where I needed a receipt, because my watch was still brand new in the packaging seems very suspicious and makes someone feel like a criminal this is bad practice

Go to the oldest review. They been having slow service for the past 8 yrs. I blame myself for not reading the reviews before going there. This place is not what a pawnshop should be like. They are giving Cash America pawn a bad name cause I will never step foot in one again cause of this place......smfh!?

CASH AMERICA IS A COOL PLACE TO BUY AND SELL ITEMS... AT THE STORE IN HOUSTON THESE LADIES ARE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. ALSO I SEEN AN OLD FRIEND WHO SOLD ME CAMERA EQUIPMENT FROM YEARS AGO I WAS SURPRISED TO SEE SHES STILL HERE! GO CASH AMERICA!

Overpriced trading goods and horrible customer service! Only a couple employees know what the items you bring actually are. They guess and give you worst case scenarios. There the closest pawn near my neighborhood but I’ll happily drive further just to not do business there anymore.

Poor customer service. Refuse to sell a firearm because my lyft driver wouldn't show his ID. He wasn't the one purchasing the firearm. I showed my ID.

Always trying to low ball you, never wants to give you what your item is really worth. Had my neighbors say the same, they go elsewhere. That's gives them more money.

Make sure to take pictures of your stuff before you put it in pawn for a loan. Had a tool box that was complete when I pawned it but was a totally different and incomplete tool set when my wife went to pick it up. Since I didn't have pics it was impossible to prove that it wasn't the same one.
