My wife and I bought two rings at the Westheimer location several months ago. The sale associate told us to bring them back to get them polished anytime. Yesterday, my wife called in advanced and was informed to drop them off. I am now at the store and they tell me I have to take an appointment or wait for a minimum of 30 min. Very disappointed!

Amazing service, I wouldn't expect anything less.Walked in and did not make an appointment for a repair and they were able to squeeze me in. Repairs took around a week, AND it was complimentary. My bracelet looks brand new, I'm sure they did a bit of polishing as well which is fine. Service beats Tiffany by far, they love to nickel and dime you for any type of service or repair.

Popped in to pick up an order, and the staff was attentive and friendly. My box was beautifully wrapped (a birthday gift) and the item itself (a Panthere shawl) is gorgeous. Would definitely recommend for a splurge or special gift experience.

Toreh is the best associate ever. If you ever visit Cartier ask for Toreh. We have visited and bought multiple items because of our experience with her. If she isn’t available ask for Brian he is awesome. He is always super helpful. Because of Toreh and Brian what started as a perfume purchase turned into multiple bracelets, watches and rings. They always make sure the experience we have is perfect from the greetings to the exit. Thanks to them we are loyal Cartier customers.

Came in to get 4 pieces of jewelry cleaned and had some pieces in mind. My previous and longer term sales associated no longer works here sadly so I asked to get connected with someone new. Instantly they were rude and treated me poorly, likely because I was dressed down casually. It is sad to see such poor service in a place like this.

I have had my Cartier watch for almost 30 years. I finally took it in for service and I was blown away by the attention, the service of the staff, and most importantly how quickly they were able to bring my baby back to life. I have no reason to go back anytime soon since the watches in amazing shape. I may go back to buy something though. Lol.

We got an associate named MOY OEI she gave by far the worse customer service I have ever received. When we first made our purchase, she was so short and rude, made us feel like we weren’t worth her time or enough to be in the store. When we came back to pick up our purchase, she did not greet us or even say a simple hello how are you. She made eye contact with us, motioned for us to go in the room with her where we sat down. She got on her computer, opened the box we looked at it and she said okay that’s it. We got up and she just walked away. Not even a have a great day. She truly made our experience in the store HORRIBLE.

I had such a special and positive experience shopping at the Houston Cartier store. Denise was fantastic, very personable and knowledgeable. The visit to the store was of sentimental value and Denise did a fantastic job making the entire shopping experience enjoyable. I have previously shopped at the Bond St location in London but this experience was even better, thanks Denise!

We visited earlier since my wife wanted to look for a necklace and I must say, compared to the experience we had with the staff from 2 years ago that were unwelcoming and rude. We were quite shocked how much things changed for the better in regards to the staff's approach to customer service this time around.The receptionist gave a warm smile along with a pleasant greeting and allowed us to shop around the store immediately even tho we did not have an appointment making us feel welcome unlike before.Toreh Bahrami the sales associate was very attentive and was very eager to help us. with her excellent customer service, positive attitude and genuine interaction. This gave such a pleasant shopping experience that all the previous bad service we encountered before, made us forget and leave such a good impression.based on this experience we will definitely shop here again. We are glad management has listened to customers complaints and made the right change.

I highly recommend going to Cartier in Houston. I had an appointment and went to see Isaac to purchase a specific item. He was super patient and helpful!
