Popped in to pick up an order, and the staff was attentive and friendly. My box was beautifully wrapped (a birthday gift) and the item itself (a Panthere shawl) is gorgeous. Would definitely recommend for a splurge or special gift experience.

We were greeted immediately as we walking in. Service was friendly.The overall shopping experience was pleasant. Sales patiently showed the item we were looking for and made great suggestions.
