I really liked CARSTAR Champions
1. Workmanship: Excellent very satisfied
2. Customer Service: Excellent, they set a target date from day 1 on the expected completion date, they met it. They also sent continuous text messages updating me with the status of the repair, quite useful didn’t have to call them at all
3. The ladies helping me out with the paperwork and car delivery were also very efficient and kind.
I definitely will recommend them and consider them for future jobs.

Kevin and his team took excellent care of me and my vehicle. The work that was done on my car was amazing and you couldn’t tell it had been wrecked. Everyone on staff was kind and went above and beyond to ensure our questions were answered.

Kevin Watkins is a pathetic excuse of a customer service representative. Last year I took my Nissan Rouge to get repaired because of water getting in through the sunroof and it was totally serviced to completion and was done great. The customer service technician then was Donny Hagle, he was definitely an asset to CARSTAR Champions. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was satisfactory to me. I had to take it in on Tuesday July 16th for the same problem as before and Kevin Watkins was the representative, he stated all they were going to be able to do is flush the tube's in the sunroof, that's it!!! I asked well, how about drying out the floorboards and deodorizing them as I could already smell mildew?? He said m, No that would be too much work and worth it for them to do. So needless to say, I'll never go there again since all you are to them is a $$$$. I would never refer them to any of my friends or family, either.

Car got into a small fender bender, told my insurance I would prefer this shop because I've heard good things. Very surprised with results, way beyond my expectations. Not only did they do immaculate work but they washed and detailed the car inside and out and gave me an oil change. Finished the car by estimated date with no delays. Everything was fast and easy.

Great experience overall, I do think a conversation should've been had at the beginning of the process to set expectations for how long the repair should take but I'm just as responsible for bringing it up as they are. Super friendly, fair pricing, and their repairs look great!

I am pleased to report on the people at CAR STARC Champions. They are the most professional repair people that I have had the good fortune to know. They have restored my 2019 Tundra from a near total wreck into a masterpiece. It looks like new. They did a spectacular job on this truck. All panels on the right side plus the left front including bumper , grille and light were replaced. Thank you for your careful attention and workmanship.
