Any time I’ve ever had an issue they’ve been the most professional and friendly people I’ve ever had the privilege of working with. The best part also is that they go above and beyond for their customers! I won’t use any other Car or Collision Repair shop. Excellence in everything they do From Customers service to The repair of the car! 5 stars isn’t enough for how good they are!!!

I was directed to Carstar by my insurance company. They are a preferred State Farm provider. They did a very good job. They handled everything with State Farm. Eli, my service rep at Carstar, kept me apprised of progress and was very friendly. After I got the car home, a door handle fell off, and Eli and Carstar took care of fixing that. Super service.
