Poor final quality control. Was told vehicle was ready ahead of schedule. Rear bumper changed and looked great but not fully attached. I could pull the bottom out 6”! Was told they forgot to install all fasteners. Issue corrected but wonder now what else was missed. When I departed my tire pressure alarm came on within a mile. Turned around after seeing 26 psi on one tire. They added air. Pressure holding. They appear to do nice work in a timely manner and communication is good. Their final check point to release is lacking.

I am a returning customer and appreciated how Audrey took care of My Vehicle and listened, after experiencing some complications with another Body Shop,

We started the process and everything from start to finish was exceptional this is my daily driving car and she communicated with me, and any question I had she answered with clarity and precision.

Car star Ambassador did a great on my Alfa Romeo. My car was banged up really nice, but they whipped it back into shape in no time. Audrey was very good with her communication as well because she keep me updated with everything about my car. I really love this place! I love it! I love it!

The worse service. Rude customer service in the front desk everyone there. They lie about every thing. No communication you have to call to get any information and if do get someone the famous answer is 30-45mins every hr. If you need repairs please don’t come here.

Horrible. They lie and make mistakes and break your parts then blame everything on the customer. The manager, Lance, is terrible with communicating and leading. Corina is rude and never made an effort to call back when she said she would. Toby is clueless and argumentative. They won’t take accountability for their mistakes. Do NOT trust them with your car.
