Carol and her people are incredible!Carol took time to fit my ball perfectly. Then she took me out to one of the lanes and critiqued my form. She gave me a few insights I was unaware of and I surprised myself!I couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service that I received!

Went up to get my ball drilled, shows online as open until 2pm and they were closed. Don’t believe the store hours - should probably call before you go up there.

They take the time to make sure your ball is drilled correctly for you before you leave. Great customer service. I've never experienced this kind of customer service from any Pro Shop I've been to.

Wonderful and professional customer service. After they drilled my ball. I asked if I could throw the ball and Donna showed me how to throw my new ball and offered to let me play a game for free. I had to turn down the free game. I was on lunch break. Carol explained to me how the lanes work with oil. Great experience for sure. Thanks Carol and Donna. Yall are the best.

Carol is awesome and very knowledgeable about the sport of bowling. I signed up for a private bowling lesson with Donna. She is a talented teacher who explains skills and strategies in a way I understand. Both ladies are wonderful, and I am gaining more confidence in bowling. I purchased a new bowling ball as well as got my hand fitted properly. I'm so thankful for these ladies.

Five star . Would give it six if I could . Ask all questions and had me bowl a few shots. Discussed options with me for new equipment . After equipment measured and drilled more shots with new equipment. That was not the best part of the experience though . Nick , Carol and Crystal just awesome human beings. They make you feel welcome from the get go and treat you like family. Drove approx 70 miles . Will do it again when more equipment needed. Use em . You will not b sorry ! God bless .

We needed new equipment after not bowling for over 10 years. It was suggested to go out to her shop at Del Mar. We were not disappointed. Great atmosphere, great knowledge and the willingness to take the time needed to ensure we got what we needed. Cannot ask for a better experience!

The Ladies are very knowledgeable on bowling bowl needs and drilling for you. The shop gets very busy but it's a testament to their work and how many people trust them. I've had multiple balls drilled here and they've never steered me or family wrong. Always very welcoming to newcomers as well so if you're new to the game, give these ladies a chance! You won't regret it.
