Car buying experience was great! Had an SUV shipped from Tyler, TX to this location. Only took a few days, even with it raining most of the time.
I scheduled an appointment to see the car, and was given plenty of time to test drive/look at it before making any decisions. Car was in GREAT shape, and our sales rep was extremely open and helpful during the whole process.
Absolutely would recommend buying a car from here- just make sure you do your research and financing ahead of time (as with any car purchase)! ??

I went in thinking I would have to negotiate and be at risk of getting a lowball offer for my car, but I was pleasantly surprised. We appraised my car online beforehand so we just checked in and gave my keys to the business office. I then waited in a nice lounge area, was called back in a less than an hour and approved for the same amount my car was appraised for online! They gave me the offer on paper and didn't push me at all. They gave me 7 days to think it over, but the offer was the best out of every other place I went to, so I gave them my paperwork, waited a little longer, and I was done! Very nice staff and the place itself was very nice and welcoming.

Car max a great place if you want to sell your car for a fair price. Better as any trade in price by a long shot. If you did answer online all honest you are in and out of physical appraisal in 30 Minutes and will get the same price they gave you online.

Friendly staff, but disappointed with vehicle. There were 5 must haves on my list. A bed liner was one & was listed in the features. Photos showed a pristine bed. When I got home and pulled down the tailgate, not only was there no liner but totally scratched as if used to move rocks or something and not as a fleet vehicle as listed. If the vehicle was "quality checked" before it left home base and again when it arrived at the location, why didn't anyone notice a feature listed was not there? I know part of the blame lies with me for not checking, but I had already paid for shipping. This is my 3rd vehicle from this location, so I was confident in my purchase. However, it gives me pause on what else they are not checking. Now, I am figuring out how to budget for something I thought I had already paid for. I'm disappointed to say the least. UPDATE: New bed liner installed. NO CHARGE. Thank you, carmax, for fixing your Oops!

Best car buying experience we’ve had! After visiting several dealerships and not having good experiences, we tried Carmax as a last ditch effort. We waited maybe 20 minutes as a walking on a Saturday and Britt was our salesman. He was great at explaining things, and working with us. Britt is extremely personable and knowledgeable. Left with our new car not too long ago and are extremely grateful for him and all he did for us!
