This place is awesome all bedding and bath made from bamboo twice as soft as cotton three degrees cooler everything is antibacterial hypoallergenic and antifungal and it all has a lifetime warranty

I bought 2 sets of sheets when the company offered a lifetime warranty and they will not honor this since the policy changed after my purchase. I would not purchase from them again because of this.

Great and beautiful sustainable bamboo store!!! So much variety for their products. Such as athleisure wear, sleep wear, regular clothes, socks, undergarments Bamboo sheets, pillow cases, towels and so much more. The products are very nice quality and great Value. I purchased some shirts and next time will be investing in some nice sheets. The bamboo material has such a soft and cooking effect. Perfect for this texas heat. The store attendants were so welcoming and answered all my questions. Also located in a great shopping center in the heights. Highly recommend this store.

I hadn’t heard of a store that doesn’t offer any refunds at all but here it is. This policy was not mentioned by the salesperson or on the receipt. There is a small plaque near the checkout counter stating this absurd policy and that would be the only clue. If you do like the merchandise in this store, I would highly recommend ordering online, where there is a 30-day return policy and the goods are often on sale for 20-30% cheaper.

Such a charming store and a truly remarkable experience. In a world of self serve products, I was pleased to see how helpful and knowledgeable the sales team were and patiently answered my questions about the products. I love super soft bamboo sheets and clothing but what a pleasure to find a store that has it all. Wow ! The quality of the sheets, duvet and duvet covers are out of this world and I just had to buy one of each and a night shirt, as well. I was pleasantly surprised to find this place in the neighborhood shopping center in the heights and the ladies at Cariloha just made my day. I am now spoiled for life and can't wait to go back for one of the towel sets next month. Michelle Houston,Texas

If purchasing a gift here, know that you cannot get a refund for the item, you can only make an exchange. This is true regardless of whether you have a receipt or come back within less than 30 days to make the return. The best way to purchase a Cariloha item is online via corporate headquarters, which does accept returns within 30 days for clothing and other items, not just exchanges. It also offers discounts that I did not see in the store. For example, after learning I could not get a monetary refund for a gift I was given from this store, the only item I saw that was appealing was a throw. This exact same throw is 40% off online via corporate headquarters, but I paid full price.
