I would never use this company again! Homehealth means just that, not you come to our office if there is an issue! I had a. Iv line that required antibiotics daily. The IV line clogged up and I needed a new line. The facility closest to me didn't have anyone because of spring break. Man I'd love to take spring break off, I work in healthcare too but we always have someone for our patients. So they want me to drive an hour and half to get to their place to restart the IV. WELL that hour and half would be closer to 3 because it's rodeo season and that's where they are located. But that's the only options I have! I had to miss my antibiotics for today and will be forced to go to that place tomorrow to get a new IV line started and if it fails again I'll have to travel out there again. For a 10k fee for meds and them not having staff to help you is ridiculous!! Stay far away from this place!

Old formula… watch the expiration dates! Orders arrive late at night and not complete. But, don’t worry (ugh!!!) they’ll correct it on Monday-Wednesday. It’s not dependable or easy to use as a caregiver. You’ll be up late nights. Take a nap and keep your phone on! It’s just a headache each week. Poor service!

Honest Review:BioScript pharmacy is a private pharmacy on the 2nd floor of an office building. They are a pharmacy only, no other pharmacy goods are sold at this location.I have been going to BioScript for over a decade becasue they offer very personalized service. All of the pharmacist know me by name and are always anxious to help me any way they can.Also, I never ever have to wait in line and they even ship your pharmacy drugs overnight for free !!BioScript is a phenomenal pharmacy. I would never go anywhere else to have my prescription filled.

I can not say enough good things about this company. My husband received TPN for a period of 6 months. The dietitians, pharmacist, and office staff went above and beyond constantly to help me out. I was dealing with a very difficult and poorly run home heath care agency at the time and Optioncare ended up being a life saver and helped with so many issues. I highly recommend.

Sadly, service at this place is pretty terrible. They're good about calling you to schedule appointments and follow ups, and they tend to have great nurses on staff, but their respect for their patient's time just isn't what it should be. My sister and I were coming here regularly for a while and she abandoned the place entirely in favor of a competitor because she couldn't stand the slow service and ridiculously long waits. I've had more than 45 minute waits five of the last six times I've been here, but never more than a 15 minute wait at any of ther competitors. I would have given this place just one star and a complete "stay away" review, but Diane in the nursing area and Jon Catley in the pharmacy are exceptional.
