I have a VIP membership for 3 vehicles , a bit expensive. Worried about my new one getting scratched. I can't tell if I am getting the full service I am paying for. Does a pretty good job with free vac and drying towels.

Second time my wiper arm has been broken off while in the carwash. 1st time manager was supposed to call me the next day, that was last year still waiting on call. This happened yesterday and assistant manager gave me email to email my situation and haven't heard anything yet. I have been going since day 1 it opened and they use to put blue tape on rear wiper arm and now they say they are not allow to touch vehicles. Well I guess they rather keep buying wiper arms (well not for me but maybe other customers), rather than buy blue tape. They say its a liability to touch vehicles. What can happen to a vehicle by putting tape if that's the case then don't have attendant be where a customer pays to help out, cause they lean on the car too. That's worse than tape!!! Also canceled membership cause why pay and still buy wiper arm out of my own pocket!!!

Having a customer soon as they open this location, I had a problem when I drove my my vehicles and he broke the lights were the plates go, so she was something small I decided to buy it and replace it because nobody called me back so he broke again for a second time the employees will take pictures but then again they Will not do anything. I took my other vehicle and you broke my whole side mirror literally kind of yanked out of the assembly base and the wires were taken out drove out of the car wash and showed it automatically to one of the employees he took pictures and told me to send a email I send seven different emails and nobody has responding me back. So the way I see this business is that all they want is your money for you to get automatic withdrawals in your banking account, but as far as customer service when you have an issue when the machine damages your vehicle they don't care they care less they want you to be stuck up with the damage vehicle. I was looking to the Google reviews and apparently whoever is in charge of responding to Google reviews is really unprofessional doesn't apologize for the inconvenience that the customers have and keeps putting the wrong email on the Google reviews when that person replies. The best thing that I would say in life is best customer service which this business is a complete loss. I'll be honest when you ask the employees what number they can call to get on my vehicle fixed or if any issue whatever the case may be they don't have anything to give you they just send an email it is ridiculous that you have to be stuck up in the air with the damaged vehicle and nobody responds back and nobody gives you a feedback I hope one day this company get sued because this is just ridiculous the what the reason we wash our vehicles is because we want to clean the reason we get a automatic you're draft is because we just want to go through the drive-thru but they're not responsible for the damages now this is just ridiculous. Also looking into the Google reviews and there's a couple damages that the car wash has done and people's car and apparently they don't care they just ignore it that's not the right way to have good customer service that is real real shame. Whomever is in charge of answering the emails I bet that person just sitting there playing video games maybe just playing with the phone and not caring about all this emails that people like me sit and keep sending them to them. If I could rate -0 I would have done it. I am not satisfied at all.

See that big sign that says "Unlimited Wash"? Well that is the FIRST LIE! You are limited to once a day. So why they say unlimited is pure deception. Oh and they also say "cancel anytime" when you sign up. LIE #2! You can cancel after 6 weeks. This way they make sure and get at least 2 payments from you. The first 2 weeks I had the membership it wasn't even giving me the correct wash. So its been 6 weeks and I can finally cancel BUT you have to cancel 5 days before your next billing cycle which ends your membership immediately without compensation for the 5 days which you've already paid for. Oh and I am still trying to find a way to cancel. On the website under "manage membership" the only option is to suspend. This company is just full of deception and horrible tactics to get as much of your money as possible. Trust me, do yourself a favor and go to Quick Quack car wash or 1 of the many others that aren't as shady and cringy as this place.

I loves the fact that it was .$0.50 to start the wash and vaccume but i went a day ago and I didnt see the sign with the only $0.50 fee and also there are no more vaccumes??
