Would give them no stars. I've called 2 branches and they do not answer their phones. A multibillion-dollar business and they can't afford to pay employees who care about the bank to answer Capital One bank's phones directly at the branch, not the main number. I called and the customer representative said they can't call their local branches. That is just stupid.

I will never bank with capital one again. They closed my checking account for receiving zelle payments from a law enforcement business for work. Then After 10 years they canceled my credit cards with no missed payments for no reason. All within 2 weeks. Stay far away from capital one.

Try call about exchanging for foreign currency. They picked up the phone and hung up on me immediately. This place is the worst. No customer service, utterly worthless people every time I go there. Won't notarize a signature. They do nothing for their customers.

I was leaving the country for almost a month, and I needed help with an urgent matter. Big shout out to Carmela, she was a huge help in assisting me for what I needed when time was very limited. She upheld the upmost customer service. Thank you

They are to busy to sit down with a new client and discuss what they offer with there checking/savings accounts. They would rather send you to there website for you to open an account. I won't be opening an account with someone who doesn't care.

I think that Capital One should tell their customers to advise the people that they write checks to, that they will be asked for a background check in order to cash checks there. I don’t know why I need to give my Social Security number to cash a check that I was given.

Worst service. Representatives do not know how to help. All they did was get on phone with a CapitalOne customer rep to get guidance. The rep did not even explain the issue correctly. I have asked the same question regarding 1 issue 3 times at this branch and have gotten 3 completely different responses, which were all incorrect. They don't care when you ask for a manager- they are never there. Representatives need better training on the terms and conditions of Capital One and need to learn that if they are not familiar or able to answer, they should assure the client gets connected with someone who can. Rep gave no offer to assist in resolving my issue. Her response to asking to speak to someone else -"they're just going tell you the same thing"..

Horrible customer service from teller George couldn’t resolve elderly fathers issue and lied saying management was not present ? How can you run something without a manager? Lying to a customer is unacceptable, fix customer service skills immediately.

I've been a Capital One customer for almost 20 years. I was disappointed when they closed the location in Deer Park on Spencer but apparently Capital One is trying to ween it's customers into doing business electronically. You can't even get a phone number to call and ask questions to a human anymore. Coming to this branch and them refusing to notarize my signature clinched it for me. It would have meant an $80,000 deposit for them but now it means Wells Fargo will be my new bank. So long Capital One, if you can't even offer me the most basic service that banks have been offering for 100 years then I don't think the future will be good to you.
