They never answer the phone. Tried calling about a foreign currency transaction and I can't get a hold of them.

Really basic services here. No notary and no medallion signature. They only answer the phone if you press 2 for Spanish, then you can speak with a local rep after pressing 5. They are friendly and work quickly at the counter - always seem to be in a good mood which is refreshing.
