I've never had to go inside but the ATM is always open and available when I've needed it to be. I like capital one but wish they'd stop closing their locations.

I love sincerely the tellers at Capital One!
Last month my location shut down and now I have to take a 1 hour bus ride to the Welch branch downtown.
But today I've got a ride. My gf is gonna drive me to the Voss San Felipe location.
If she ever gets out of the shower! What's she doing in there??!!

The teller was asking for 7$ fee on cashing 100$ check and he was saying that this is based on their policy I requested the policy and he said go online and check I checked online and it said no fee.
The 7$ fee is not even mentioned on their flyer.

Definitely for having credit cards this bank is good, if what you want is to have a checking account for daily use and moving and receiving deposits is useless, it is a lack of respect, they investigate and review every penny you move and take your money and They do not return it until they finish "their investigations" only for a direct deposit that does not go out in their name. If you don't put your money here??

worst branch service ever rude ppl uneducated employees, bankers should be educated about the services they provide. Bankers are very uneducated and not helpful.
